  • Publication number: 20160114180
Abstract: An ultrathin microchip structure at least includes a flexible base material. The flexible base material includes an installation surface and a printed surface at an upper surface and a lower surface thereof, respectively. The installation surface is provided with one set or multiple sets of integrated circuits. Each of the integrated circuits at least includes a chip and at least one set of transceiver antenna. One or both of the installation surface and the printed surface of the flexible base material is/are applied with a nanometer film layer having characteristics of being waterproof, dustproof, wear resistant, and penetrable by the RF signal, thereby effectively simplifying the present invention as an ultrathin microchip.

  • Publication number: 20060111943
Abstract: In a global computer network, a system for processing personal health records is disclosed. The system includes a web-based application providing an application web server that does not store personal data. A user starts a new session using the application web site and begins entering medical data. During the session, with the user's data in transient storage, the application web site can perform health risk assessments and search other databases to provide information relevant to the user's health. At the end of the session, the user downloads a file that saves all of the data. Next, the application web site erases the user's data from the web site. The user continues data entry in the future by uploading the saved file. Since the user keeps the data, no identification of the user is necessary and privacy is preserved.

  • Patent number: 5476879
Abstract: An acoustic ceiling patch or textured material in the form of a sprayable composition including a base, a filler and a binder as well as a propellant or carrier storable and dispensable from a pressurized dispenser having a delivery nozzle and a removable dispensing tube. An aerosol system with a spray nozzle is included on the container for selective discharge of the textured material onto a prepared patch area which may be on a drywall or support panel so as to match and blend with the surrounding acoustic ceiling surface area in order to provide a continuous and unbroken coextensive surface texture of mechanically and visually matched material. A distribution straw is included for selectively conducting the textured material in a desired direction while holding the dispenser upright.
