Abstract: A method for extracting signatures and assigning signatory name attributions to the extracted signature images from unstructured digital documents is provided. The method includes: receiving a document that includes a signature; detecting a first region within the document in which the signature is present; applying a region-based convolutional neural network to the detected first region in order to demarcate a boundary that surrounds the detected first region; detecting a second region within the document in which a name that relates to the signature is present, by scanning the document to obtain a set of text words and then applying a named entity recognition (NER) machine learning algorithm to determine which text words are names; and assigning a signatory name attribution to the name that is present in the second region, based on a calculated distance between the name and the demarcated boundary.

In one embodiment, in an information processing apparatus comprising at least one computer processor, a method for client onboarding may include: (1) creating know your customer requirements and trigger conditions for a client based on user configurable requirements and a rules engine; (2) receiving know your customer data for the client from a client data exchange module; (3) triggering the receipt of additional know your customer data in response to a trigger condition being met by the received know your customer data; (4) receiving document data from a document digitization module; (5) validating the know your customer data and the document data; and (6) auto populating a know your customer record with the validated know your customer data and the document data.

Abstract: Systems and methods for document management classification, capture and search are disclosed. In one embodiment, a system for document management may include a document taxonomy library comprising a plurality of document taxonomies; a document create module comprising a document metadata repository and a document template/clause repository; a document capture module comprising a metadata repository, an image repository, and a document capture workflow; and a document communicate module comprising an extracted metadata repository. In one embodiment, the document create module creates a document using a document taxonomy from the document taxonomy library, the document metadata repository, and the template clause/repository; the document capture module captures metadata from the document based on a document taxonomy associated with the document; and the document communicate module stores extracted metadata from the document in the extracted metadata repository.
