The device may provide, based on the scores, information regarding the first content delivery to a user device to cause the user device to request the media content from the first content delivery network. The device may determine scores associated with the first host device and the second host device. The device may provide information regarding the first host device to a network device to cause the network device to route requests for the media content to the first host device.
