  • Patent number: 10532836
Abstract: A method for the production and filling of an application package for a liquid pharmaceutical product. A thermoforming film of thermoplastics laminated together is heated in order to plasticize the film at least in partial areas. Plasticized areas are thermoformed in a mold in order to form a chamber for the liquid pharmaceutical product and a tube-shaped application duct opening into this chamber, with the chamber and duct being enclosed by a non-thermoformed, essentially flat bonding area of the film. The liquid pharmaceutical product is filled into the chamber. The chamber and the application duct are sealed by covering the thermoformed and filled thermoforming film with an essentially flat covering film that is bonded to the bonding area of the thermoforming film enclosing the chamber and the application duct. The thermoforming film is pressed by a forming die during thermoforming into the mold in at least a partial area of the application duct.

  • Publication number: 20050226767
Abstract: A device for determining and displaying at least one physical, chemical or biological property of a test liquid or for detecting substances and/or organisms contained therein by reaction with at least one indicator or reactant. The indicator(s) (2.0) is/are can be accessed in or via at least one reaction chamber (1.5) provided with at least one inlet for the test fluid. Said device is embodied in the form of a deep-drawn cup-shaped element (1.1) which is scaled by a covering film (1.2). The shape and/or material properties of the reaction chamber(s) is/are preferably selected in such a way that a reset effect is created after deformation such that the original shape can be restored by creating an absorption effect until the original volume is substantially re-created.

  • Patent number: 5518790
Abstract: A container to hold aromatic substances which can be sealed aroma-tight with a composite film consisting of several laminae. The composite film on the top of the container is made up of an aroma-tight outer film having at least two laminae and an aroma-permeable inner film which is detachably bonded to the outer film by means of a bonding agent. The outer film can be applied onto the inner film or membrane film, which consists of at least two permanently bonded laminae, whereby the lamina adhering to the container is made of polyethylene and the third or top lamina is made of a polymer materialwhich has a different density. The surface structure of the side of the membrane film facing away from the container is selected in such away that the entire membrane film stays on the container when the outer film (16) is pulled off.
