    Abstract: There is disclosed a method and an apparatus for providing decorative material in the form of strips. These strips may be applied to window panes in order to give the appearance of leaded windows. A work guide and adjustable work stop are mounted on a ring which rotates around a die and cooperating reciprocating cutter. By adjustment of the stop and of the ring the strip material may be placed against the guide and stop and cut to the desired length and angle.
