    Abstract: A new method of combining Bingo and lottery games as one. The new game can be played online or by buying a ticket from an authorized lottery agent. Players select a grid of numbers 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, 6×6, from a matrix of numbers containing the state lottery numbers or the power ball numbers (1-59) in the preferred embodiment and a selection of a power ball number (1-39). Players win if they match the lottery draw numbers by the State or the national power ball in horizontal, vertical, or diagonal in either direction. With Bing Powerball online version, the player opens an account at the hosting site and log in to play. Players can create or buy their tickets by simply dragging the selected grids and releasing it at the appropriate field at the larger grid ( the matrix) creating therefore his selection of 25 numbers, for example, that makes up the grid 5×5. Patient is then is instructed to select at lease one number from 1-39 (the current power ball numbers) and then save his selections.

    Abstract: An implantable system for treating male impotence by delivering a vasodilator agent directly to the erectile bodies of the penis comprising an implantable supply pump; deformable reservoir; conducting catheter; and a dispensing catheter. The supply pump is implanted into the abdominal wall. It includes a fluid chamber for holding a vasodilator substance and pressure chamber for exerting a pressure on a plate positioned between the two chambers for delivering the substance into a conducting catheter. The pressure chamber is either spring driven or driven by a liquid-vapor pressure reservoir. The deformable reservoir is preferably implanted in the scrotum and being manually deformable for forcing the substance therefrom and into a dispensing catheter to the erectile bodies of the penis. The dispensing catheter tip is preferably expandable and is operable to expand when the substance is forced into the catheter.

The scratch-off material is removable by a lottery player to reveal the contents of a game field when the game field is chosen. A readable security code is printed in each of the game fields, and the security code is covered by a scratch-off material with the at least one winning symbol and is revealed when the content of the game field is chosen and the scratch-off material is removed. The security codes of the ticket may be read to ensure that the proper number of game field contents are revealed and the lottery ticket is valid.

    Abstract: A method of moving a portion of a limb which has been partially paralyzed, comprises implanting a biasing device in the body of a person having a limb which is at least partially paralyzed, and attaching one end of the biasing device to a first portion of the limb to be moved. Another end of the biasing device is anchored to a second portion of the limb. The biasing device is operable for biasing the first portion of the limb in a first direction to hold the first portion in a first position, and the biasing device is further operable for allowing the first portion to move in a second direction when a force from a non-paralyzed muscle group acts on the first portion of the limb. The biasing device continues to bias the first portion in the first direction so that the limb returns to the first position when the force from the muscle group is removed.

A controller is operably coupled to the actuating device and configured for engaging a urethra to selectively compress the urethra and prevent incontinence. The controller includes a plate adapted to be positioned on one side of the urethra and an element adapted to be positioned on another side of the urethra and is operable for varying the distance between the element and the plate in response to said electrical signal to compress the urethra therebetween so that incontinence is prevented when intra-abdominal pressure is experienced by a patient.

    Abstract: A new type of instant scratch-off lottery game combining the advantages of the conventional lottery, which allows the player to choose his own selected numbers from a set of numbers, and the advantage of the instant scratch-off lottery tickets by enabling the player to immediately learn if he is a winner or a looser. The player is instructed to pick his numbers from a set of numbers. Each number in this set is represented by a a small box overprinted with a security bar-code readable to conventional scanner. The scanner transfer the readable data and the serial number of the ticket to a central computer in the lottery agency to verify the winning status. The player is able to learn immediately if he is a winner by revealing a winning symbol hidden under the scratch-off material and the overprinted security code of the picked numbers.

    Abstract: A method and device which will enable patients with spinal cord injury to perform a variety of complex motor functions independently ( walking, sitting up or down, standing up, climbing stairs, pedaling a tricycle, exercises, etc..) by an implantable programmable device 1 which provide a coordinated stimulation to the nerve roots of the cauda equina 44. The patient will be able to activate the required function by verbally commanding the device. The command is recognized by a pre tracheal sensor 4 which relays voice vibration to the main device either wirelessly 5 or via a wire connecting the sensor to the device under the skin 7. An external programmer 24 communicates with the main device by a transmit receive circuit 26 is also provided to change the parameters of already installed data, if needed.
