    Abstract: A climate-control system for a perambulator, wheelchair, or the like. The climate-control system includes an enclosure and a climate-control unit. The enclosure is operatively connected to the perambulator, wheelchair, or the like, contains an environment, is completely sealed from the ambient so as to isolate the environment contained in the enclosure from the ambient, and encloses an occupant of the perambulator, wheelchair, or the like so as to isolate the occupant of the perambulator, wheelchair, or the like from the ambient. The climate-control unit is operatively connected to the enclosure and regulates the environment contained in the enclosure, as desired.
