  • Patent number: 7946239
Abstract: A coupling assembly includes a fixed component and a pivotable component. The fixed component has a base and an upstanding projection with a central bore and a plurality of small apertures around the bore. The pivotable component has a distal section and a proximal section with a planar face in sliding contact with the fixed component. The pivotable component has a threaded aperture axially aligned with the bore of the fixed component. A pin in the planar face is selectively positionable in a small aperture. Intermediate components adjustably couple the fixed and pivotable components. The intermediate components include a bolt received in the threaded aperture and slidably received in the bore. The bolt has a free end extending through the bore with a nut adjacent to the free end. A coil spring on the bolt between the nut and the fixed component urges the pin into a small aperture.

  • Patent number: 7870829
Abstract: A securement assembly is provided. A support has a lower end and an upper end. The lower end is coupled to the securement assembly. A spear has a leading end and trailing end with a central extent between the leading and trailing ends. A cylindrical member has a passageway slidably receiving the spear between the leading and trailing ends. Adjustment components couple the cylindrical member to the upper end of the support. The adjustment components are adapted to move the cylindrical member and spear between any of a plurality of orientations. The plurality of orientations include a generally horizontal orientation for storing and transportation and a generally vertical orientation for deploying and use.

  • Patent number: 7603960
Abstract: A table has a planar top panel. The table has downwardly extending legs. Each leg has an upper end. The upper end of each leg is attached to the top panel. Support hardware is attached to the upper surface of the top panel. A locking assembly is provided. The locking assembly attaches and releases the table with the support hardware to a cleat of a boat.

  • Patent number: 7533555
Abstract: A rivet table connected to the nosepiece of a rivet setting apparatus. The rivet table includes an outer sleeve which controllably slides back and forth within the nosepiece and supports opposing jaws pivotally connected to the outer sleeve about spaced transverse pivot axes. The jaws pivot between a closed position and an open position, biased toward the closed position and define a flat transverse distal rivet head receiving surface, and a central mandrel-receiving aperture therebetween to slidably receive a rivet mandrel and to support the rivet head against said rivet head receiving surface during rivet setting. The jaws are momentarily forced into the open position by the mandrel moving laterally into the aperture and being carried on a flexible strip. The exposed surface of the rivet head is thereby substantially free of tool marks after being set.

  • Patent number: 7347078
Abstract: An elongated rivet bag holding a quantity of blind rivets ready for use in an automatic rivet setting tool. The rivets are connected along an elongated flexible rivet carrying strip by having a distal portion of each mandrel inserted or pierced through the carrying strip and positioned and stored in a random orientation within the rivet bag which is openable at an upper end thereof to render the rivets and strip ready for use. A blind rivet feed device for feeding the rivet-loaded strip into the nose of the automatic rivet setting tool is also provided along with a rivet strip collection bag for the empty strip.

  • Publication number: 20070125673
Abstract: A magazine for holding a larger quantity of blind rivets ready for use in an automatic rivet setting tool. The rivets are connected in spaced relation along the length of an elongated flexible rivet carrying strip or ribbon by having a distal portion of each mandrel inserted or pierced through the carrying strip. The magazine preferably includes an upwardly tapering conical or truncated conical shaped support surface held for rotation about a preferably upright central spool axis on a support stand. The carrying strip is loaded with rivets and spiral-wound around and flat against the outer support surface with the head of each rivet extending away from the spool axis and the distal portion positioned against the outer surface so that each rivet is automatically positioned in an outwardly extending fashion from the support surface.
