  • Patent number: 11956980
Abstract: Discussed is an organic light emitting device in which a light emitting layer includes a host and different kinds of dopants, the fluorescent dopant is formed of a material having energy level properties facilitating thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF), and thus energy is concentratedly transferred to the fluorescent dopant so as to increase luminous efficacy of a single color.

  • Patent number: 9726758
Abstract: The present invention suggests a target detecting apparatus and method using a radar which detect a target using a recursive modified cell average-constant false alarm rate (RMCA-CFAR) detector without having a sorting process. The present invention provides a target detecting apparatus using a radar, the apparatus including: a data selecting unit which compares reference data with at least one of previous data and subsequent data which are located at both sides of the reference data, from a received signal including information on a distance and a speed for multiple targets, to select specific data; a cell average calculating unit which calculates an average of cells extracted using a sliding window including the specific data; a CFAR data detecting unit which detects CFAR data based on the average of the extracted cells; and a target detecting unit which detects the target based on the CFAR data.

  • Publication number: 20160178739
Abstract: A radar system for a vehicle, including a radar which is located around the principal vehicle to detect a target vehicle which threatens driving of the principal vehicle as a target. The radar includes: a transmission antenna which transmits a signal for detecting the target vehicle; a reception antenna which receives a reflective signal for the transmitted signal; a communication module which transmits a high frequency signal through the transmission antenna; a converting unit which converts the reception signal which is received through the reception antenna into a digital signal; and a signal processing unit which generates a detection signal to detect the target vehicle, in accordance with a speed, a yaw rate of the principal vehicle and the digital signal, applies the detection signal to the communication module, and analyzes the digital signal which is converted in the converting unit to trace the target vehicle.
