    Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and a method for refining pyrolysis oil in which a dechlorination reaction is performed at a first temperature under a first hydrotreating catalyst, denitrification reaction is performed at a second temperature higher than the first temperature under a second hydrotreating catalyst, and chlorine adsorption by an adsorbent is performed after the dechlorination reaction, thereby preventing production of an ammonium salt (NH4Cl), and providing refined oil which is excellent in prevention of corrosion of a reactor, improvement of durability, occurrence of differential pressure, and process efficiency, has very low contents of impurities such as chlorine, nitrogen, and metal and olefin, and has excellent quality.

    Abstract: Provided is a technology of converting an oil having a high content of Cl into a solvent. Impurities such as Cl, S, N, and metals are removed from an oil having a boiling point of 180 to 340° C. in a waste oil having a high content of Cl, and hydroisomerization is carried out, thereby applying an oil having a high isoparaffin ratio as a solvent. After a separation by boiling points according to the properties of the solvent product, a solid acid material and an oil having a high Cl content are mixed, impurities are removed by a heat treatment at a high temperature, and hydroisomerization is carried out by a noble metal/1-D zeolite catalyst, thereby, manufacturing a solvent product.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a catalyst for use in polymerizing a conjugated diene-based monomer, the catalyst, and a method for preparing a conjugated diene-based polymer using the same are disclosed herein. In an embodiment, a method of preparing a catalyst comprises mixing a lanthanide rare earth element-containing compound, an alkylating agent compound and a halogen compound in the presence of a solvent to prepare a catalyst composition, adding a conjugated diene-based monomer to the catalyst composition to form a preformed catalyst composition, and aging the preformed catalyst composition at a temperature of ?1° C. to ?15° C. for 3 hours to 98 hours to prepare the catalyst. The catalyst has excellent catalyst activity and polymerization reactivity and is useful for preparing a conjugated diene-based polymer which has an excellent modification ratio and improved compounding properties.
