  • Publication number: 20070184779
Abstract: Provided is a method of searching for a wireless communication device. The method includes outputting a search signal in multiple output directions; and if a response signal for the search signal is received, mapping an identifier of a wireless communication device having transmitted the response signal and information about an output direction of the search signal.

  • Publication number: 20070153762
Abstract: Provided is a lip synchronization method in a wireless A/V network. The method includes generating audio and video packets including time stamps and transmitting the audio and video packets to devices in the wireless A/V network, in which the time stamp has information indicating reproduction time points of both audio data included in the audio packet and video data included in the video packet.

  • Publication number: 20050050219
Abstract: A method for data streaming in an ad-hoc wireless local area network (LAN). The method for data streaming includes receiving at least one streaming request frame that requests transmission of streaming data to at least one station, and transmitting frames containing the streaming data to at least one station with Short InterFrame Space (SIFS) interval. Streaming data is reliably transmitted in an ad-hoc wireless LAN without greatly changing existing wireless LAN standards.

  • Publication number: 20040117497
Abstract: A method and system varying super-frame length information in a wireless network according to characteristics of transmitted data frames and/or a channel status after a basic service set (BSS) is initiated. Characteristics of a data frame to be transmitted on a MAC layer after the BSS initiation is monitored, and if determined as a result of the monitoring that the super-frame length information needs to be changed due to a variation in a transmission duration of the data frame, the super-frame length information is changed.
