    Abstract: The invention relates to a system for the prevention of theft in salesrooms. The weight of a customer is measured when he enters and when he leaves the salesrooms, and the two measurements are compared. According to the invention, a zone for placing the goods on a conveyor belt is separated spatially from a zone for paying for the goods. The zone for paying can be reached only after passing of an exit installation having a weighing device.
