    Abstract: An interchangeable food display system includes a frame into which is removably inserted a display surface panel and display support panel. The display surface panel and display panel support are retained within the frame by three spring loaded support strips. The support strips are removably attached to the frame by means of screws which are screwed into screw inserts which are disposed and retained within the frame. Display surface panels, presenting different appearances, such a mirrored surface, a colored surface or a surfaces having other designs, are interchangeable so that the system can be tailored to different types of displays.
