  • Patent number: 10998656
Abstract: An electrical assembly for a motor vehicle transmission includes a printed circuit board (PCB), at least two contact surfaces, at least two contact elements, and a potting compound. The PCB has a component side and the two contact surfaces are arranged on the component side. The contact elements are each electrically connected by a PCB-side first end portion to one of the contact surfaces. The potting compound is arranged on the component side of the PCB, and the contact elements are partly embedded therein. The potting compound directly contacts the contact surfaces and the PCB-side end portions of the contact elements and covers the same. The contact elements protrude from the potting compound by second end portions facing away from the PCB. The electrical assembly includes a chip protection frame that protrudes outward from the potting compound and forms contact chambers for the second end portions of the contact elements.

  • Patent number: 10729023
Abstract: A method for producing an electronic assembly includes providing a printed circuit board with a first face, a second face facing away from the first face, and a first component arranged on the first face. The method further includes arranging the circuit board such that the second face lies on a reference surface, and applying a sealing material which is substantially not flowable prior to being cured onto the first face. The sealing material surrounds a sub-region of the first face of the circuit board. The method further includes arranging a second component at least partly on the reference surface such that the second component is pressed into the sealing material, electrically connecting the second component to the circuit board via an electric connection line, and applying a covering material onto the circuit board first face sub-region surrounded by the sealing material and onto the first component.

  • Patent number: 8792242
Abstract: A control unit housing, especially for a transmission control module of a transmission of a motor vehicle. The control unit housing includes a first housing part and a second, cover-shaped housing part. A circuit carrier having at least one electronic component is accommodated in the first housing part. The first housing part is designed in the shape of a tub, whose floor is designed as a heat dissipation surface to an additional housing.

  • Patent number: 5466055
Abstract: An electrohydraulic unit having a hydraulic block with integrated valves, chambers, pumps and conduits, and electromagnets for the valves that are held on the hydraulic block. An electric motor for the pumps and relays for controlling the electromagnets and the electric motor. Electromagnets and relays are covered by a cover with connecting connectors for making an electrical contact. To make the design simple to manufacture and assemble, the cover is subdivided into a connector base and a covering hood that can be attached thereto. The connector base overlaps the electromagnets and the covering hood overlaps the relays, which are inserted into two connector receptacles disposed on the connector base and secured against axial displacement by the covering hood. The electrical connection of the electromagnets to the connectors and relays is effected via a flexible contact foil and a stamped screen embedded in the connector base.

  • Patent number: 5345040
Abstract: A device including a conductor track foil with contact pins of an electrical component. The conductor track foil includes two insulating layers with an intervening conducting layer with lands in the upper layer for soldering the conductive layer to the contact pins of the electrical component. The conductor track foil is lowered, positionally correctly, onto the electrical component by use of a mounting device. The bottom insulating layer and the conducting layer of the soldering lands, which are free of an insulating layer on the top, are pierced by the contact pins extending at right angles to the conductor track foil. The conductor track foil is released by the mounting apparatus. A soldered connection is made between the lands and the contact pins. As a result, a device including an electrically reliably gap free conducting connection is attained even if the contact pins are eccentrically associated with the soldering lands.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus for attaining a tolerance-insensitive connection of a conductor track foil with contact pins of an electrical component. The conductor track foil includes two insulating layers with an intervening conducting layer with lands in the upper layer for soldering the conductive layer to the contact pins of the electrical component. The conductor track foil is lowered, positionally correctly, onto the electrical component by use of a mounting device. The conductor track foil is released by the mounting apparatus. A soldered connection is made between the lands and the contact pins. As a result, an electrically reliably gap free conducting connection is attainable even if the contact pins are eccentrically associated with the soldering lands.

  • Patent number: 4998781
Abstract: The invention relates to a brake device for a hydraulic vehicle brake system. In this device, a return feed pump located in a feed pump housing is supported at several points between an assembly housing and a fastening plate and is movable relative to the other components. The mounting is done by screws resting in bearing tubes, the screws being surrounded by elastic damping sleeves in order to enable the elastic mobility of the feed pump housing. The line connections between the feed pump housing and the assembly housing are made by small connecting tubes resting in housing bores in the feed pump housing on one side and in the assembly housing on the other. The through bore extending through the feed pump housing in this region is sealed off on the side of the feed pump housing opposite the small connecting tubes by bolts, which with their part remote from the feed pump housing rest on the fastening plate.
