    Abstract: A tactile edge-warning strip made from a sheet-metal strip having a series of projections formed in the strip to present an uneven surface for tactile feedback. The upper surface is covered with a roughened coating to inhibit slipping. The strip further includes an angled strip edge portion for anchoring the strip edge into the surface to which it is fixed to inhibit lifting of the strip from the surface.
