  • Patent number: 8339088
Abstract: The invention relates to a motor arrangement (1) comprising a motor (4) on which a transmitter device (6) is arranged, a regulating device (2) which is spatially separated from the motor, communicates with the motor (4) via at least one motor line/connection line (10), and controls the movement of the motor, and at least one sensor device (8) which is arranged on the motor (4), detects at least one physical property of the motor, and emits a signal characterising said physical property, the transmitter device (6) being connected to the regulating device (2) via the connection line. According to the invention, there is a direct communication connection (9) between the sensor device (8) and the transmitter device (6), by which means the sensor device (8) transmits the characteristic signal directly to the transmitter device (6).

  • Publication number: 20090064485
Abstract: In a method for making a stator of an electrical motor having a polygonal border, a rotor opening, a plurality of channels arranged on a periphery of the rotor opening, the channels are arranged so that corresponding distances are selected from the group consisting of a distance from the side is substantially a maximum and a distance between one of the channels and a respective one of the openings is greater than or substantially equal to the distance from the side, the distance between one of the channels and a respective one of the openings is substantially a maximum and the distance from the side is greater than or substantially equal to the distance between the one channel and the respective one of the openings and the distance from the side and the distance between the one channel and the respective one of the openings are substantially equal.

  • Patent number: 7483527
Abstract: In a call-centre, external telephone calls form customers are distributed to terminals so that they can be answered by agents. The invention relates to a method for operating a call-centre, wherein an external call is initially connected to a free terminal. If an interruption in the conversation occurs, a message recorded by the agent is stored and the connection is allocated automatically. The call is transferred to a separate waiting line. The caller can initialise a new connection to a free terminal i.e. to the same terminal or to a different agent. During the new connection, the message belonging to the waiting connection is automatically played back, whereby the interrupted conversation with the client can be continued in a problem free manner. The inventive method increases the productivity of the call-centres without changing the high level of service.

  • Publication number: 20050269540
Abstract: The invention concerns a bottoms drainage valve, designed in particular for enamelled containers used in the chemical industry which must satisfy stringent requirements in terms of resistance, easy maintenance and operational safety. Said bottoms drainage valve comprises a flange portion consisting of a cylindrical section forming the valve seat head and capable of being inserted into an annular constriction of the container, as well as a shoulder extending transversely to said cylindrical section and enables the flange portion to be connected to said container. The invention is characterized in that said flange portion is conically tapered towards its upper end and in that a cylindrical sealing module whereof the upper part includes an elastically/plastically deformable reinforced annular sealing zone is interposed in the annular constricted zone, between the flange part and the container wall.

  • Publication number: 20040234054
Abstract: Methods for automatically controlling paths of information of all types at data-receiving locations. One objective is to enable any type of information, which is transmitted from a transmitter to a receiver, to be specifically assigned to a processing location or to another provided location in order to undergo subsequent processing. To this end, the data-receiving location provides a data-transmitting location with special input channels serving as input address identifiers (IAI's) that, at the receiver and during data input, control, like a code, the procedure in handling the information.

  • Patent number: 5724223
Abstract: A proportional valve has an output proportional to an electrical input signal. In a preferred embodiment, the valve is actuated by a proportional solenoid having a coil which is controlled by a control signal in proportion to voltage or current. The proportional solenoid is controlled by a relatively high current such as a rectified mains voltage. A control circuit ensures that the coil of the proportional solenoid is not overloaded. Particularly, it ensures that a maximum current value is not exceeded. In this way, the mains supply required in prior art devices may be eliminated.
