  • Publication number: 20220296041
Abstract: A grill for cooking and grilling food includes a housing which defines an internal grilling space and a first side wall (6). A second side wall (7) is situated opposite the first side wall. The grill includes a cover wall (4), a rear wall (9), and a base plate (3). The internal grilling space has a vertical grilling zone. At least two radiant heaters (1, 2) are introduced inside the internal grilling space, situated opposite the first and second side wall (6, 7). The radiant heaters (1, 2) are preferably gas burners. A grilling basket (5) can be introduced vertically between the two radiant heaters (1, 2). The cover wall (4) has an opening (4?) through which the grilling basket (5) can be introduced into the internal grilling space. The front side (8) of the grill comprises a viewing opening.

  • Publication number: 20060201228
Abstract: An expansion device for hollow bodies, such as pipe ends having a base body (1) in which a bore (11) for the axial guidance of a displaceable, a tapering spreading member (10) is disposed, and having an expansion head (13) which contains a thimble ring (14), and sector-shaped spreader jaws (15) and is releasably joined to the base body (1). The spreader jaws (15) are guided for radial displacement in the thimble ring (14) by the axial movement of the spreading member, and friction surfaces are provided with a coating of a hard material to reduce attrition. In one embodiment at least the portion of the spreading member (10) that acts upon the spreader jaws (15) is provided with a coating (18) made of the hard material, e.g., titanium nitride (TiN).

  • Patent number: 7052554
Abstract: A spring shaft (1) for cleaning pipelines consists of a coil spring (2) with windings (3, 3a, 3b, 3c) of spring steel and with a rotation axis (RA) and a spiral winding axis (WA). In order to give the spring shaft (1) a particular cleaning function, the windings (3, 3a, 3b, 3c) have at least on their outside (4) a cross section departing from the circular shape, with at least one edge (K) acting on the pipeline. At the same time it is possible to provide the outside (4) with at least one longitudinal groove (8) following the windings (3c), or to configure the cross section of the windings (3a, 3b) as a square whose outside edge (4a) runs parallel to the rotation axis (RA) or whose surface diagonal (4b) runs radially to the rotation axis (RA). Lastly, it is possible to provide the outside (4) with a profile (5) in which projections and grooves alternate.

  • Patent number: 4890472
Abstract: In a flaring tool for hollow, especially hollow-cylindrical, workpieces, a flaring punch is mounted for axial displacement in a tool body and can, by means of a cam on a hand level, be driven out of the tool body against a set of flaring dies fastened to the tool body. To solve the problem of being able to withdraw the flaring dies from the workpiece quickly enough to prevent the workpiece from quickly shrinking on the flaring dies, the flaring punch is coupled to the hand lever by an extractor whose point of engagement with the hand lever is excentric from the fulcrum axis. The extractor consists advantageously of at least one flat link which is journaled at one end on the hand lever and at the other end on the flaring punch.

  • Patent number: 4743429
Abstract: Oxygen generator for cartridges, having a pressure tank and a cartridge holder connected thereto. The cartridge holder is divided by a gas-tight separable joint into two halves, and its interior is in communication through an opening with the interior of the pressure tank. To maintain functionality over a long period of time, the bottom half of the cartridge holder is joined to the pressure tank with good thermal conductivity in the area of the separable joint and is in communication with the pressure tank through an unplugged opening which is narrow in proportion to the inside cross section of the lower half. Further, the upper half of the cartridge holder is superimposed on the bottom half directly at the top of the pressure tank and is provided with a cooling structure.
