Abstract: A cable conduit for textile machines houses the supply cables, ground plates and motor bars which are connected to the ground plates, for the drive and control of an individual drive of the textile machine. The cable conduit has a housing, a detachable cover provided on the housing, and an intermediate cover connected to the housing. The intermediate cover divides the housing into a partial conduit which is not accessible to the outside adapted to receive the supply cables, and a portion which is covered by the detachable cover and adapted to receive the ground plates and motor bars. Grooves formed in the housing securely receive the ground plates in the portion of housing covered by the detachable cover.
