    Abstract: A method is for transporting one or more sausages provided with a suspension member into a treatment room. The sausages are placed in a holder in a desired position. A number of holders with the sausages therein are disposed adjacently of each other in the desired position, so that a stick or tube can be inserted through the holders in order to allow the sausages to be transported to the treatment room and to remain there adjacently of each other.
