  • Publication number: 20170130471
Abstract: A formwork truncation screw rod includes a self-tapping screw and at least one fixing part. The self-tapping screw includes a spiral portion around the outside of the self-tapping screw, a driving end, a tapping end at an opposite end of the driving end, a diameter shrinkage portion between the tapping end and the spiral portion, and an extending portion between the tapping end and the diameter shrinkage portion. After the tapping end is fixed to the fixing part, the diameter shrinkage portion is made to protrude from the fixing part. Then, the diameter shrinkage portion is broken to remove the tapping end, thereby preventing the tapping end from damaging to the user. In this invention, the impact to the formworks between which concrete is grouted may be decreased and the formwork support capability may be increased, and few component is needed for quick assembly and simplified process.

  • Publication number: 20170037646
Abstract: A template mold severing screw bar used on template construction work comprises a self-tapping screw bar which includes a thread portion formed annularly on the circumference, a transmission end and a tapping end at another end opposite to the transmission end, and at least one anchor member screwed on the thread portion of the self-tapping screw bar. The anchor member includes a screwing portion and a leaning portion anchored on one end of the screwing portion. The screwing portion includes a screw hole which can be screwed by the thread portion. The leaning portion includes a friction end to firmly mount onto a template without slipping to reduce impact during concrete filling between two opposing templates, thus can enhance bulging resistance and facilitate fast assembly with fewer components and without requiring too many complex processes.

  • Publication number: 20060289528
Abstract: A microwave antenna suitable for cardiac ablation, in particular for catheter ablation, and a method for making such an antenna. The antenna comprises a transmission line having an inner conductor, an outer conductor, and a dielectric insulator to provide insulation between the inner and outer conductors. An energy emitting antenna element is located at the distal end of the transmission line. The antenna element has an inner conductor which is electrically coupled to the inner conductor of the transmission line, and, around the inner conductor, a sheath of dielectric insulator continuous with the insulator of the transmission line. At its distal end, a hollow metallic cap is electrically connected to the inner conductor, surrounding a length of the insulator.

  • Patent number: 6716231
Abstract: The present invention is a distal protection device for use during a vascular treatment, such as angioplasty or atherectomy. A filter assembly located on the distal end of a delivery member is deployed distally of the vascular region to be treated to capture emboli released during and immediately after the procedure. The filter is then retracted to retain any captured emboli and then removed from the patient.
