Abstract: A method for managing software licenses in a cloud environment includes receiving, by a license services system associated with the cloud environment, a request to use a first application from a first user associated with a first subscribing entity, and receiving, by the license services system, a request to use a second application from a second user associated with a second subscribing entity. The method also includes permitting, by the license services system, the first user to execute the first application if a license for the first application is available to the first subscribing entity, and permitting, by the license service system, the second user to execute the second application if a license for the second application is available to the second subscribing entity.

Abstract: In some implementations, a mobile device can analyze motion sensor data and proximity sensor data during a voice call to determine whether the mobile device is on a stationary object or worn on a user's body (e.g., in the lap or pocket of a user of the mobile device). The mobile device can adjust the transmit power level of the telephony transceiver during the voice call based on the determination.

Abstract: In a VDI session, an application is dynamically deployed in a host server or a client device to achieve improved performance. The host server establishes a VDI session with the client device and executes an application in response to a request from the client device. The host server determines, based on a set of performance parameters associated with the VDI session, that the client device is to take over the execution of the application. Execution of the application is then suspended, and state data of the application is collected when the application is suspended. Thereafter, the host server sends an instruction and the state data to the client device to instruct the client device to resume execution of the application from a state defined by the state data.

Abstract: Implementations are disclosed for using magnetometer measurements to estimate bias for angular rate measurements provided by an angular rate sensor (e.g., a gyro sensor). In some implementations, a bias estimator running on a device is configured to determine if the device is rotating based on the magnetometer measurements. If the device is not rotating, a dynamic bias is calculated and added to a temperature compensated static bias to provide a total angular rate measurement bias. The total angular rate measurement bias can be provided to an attitude estimation system where it is used to update an attitude (orientation) of the device. In some implementations, the angular rate measurements are used to determine if the device is oscillating according to a threshold value. If the device is not rotating and the device is oscillating according to a threshold value, the static bias is updated in a calibration table.

In embodiments of the present invention, an adaptation unit intercepts a CS signaling message after an inter-mobile switching center (MSC) handover, and converts CS signaling messages to IMS signaling messages and vice versa, so that the IMS domain may continue to control a session after the inter-MSC handover.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for session changing. The method for session changing is designed for session changing during interworking between a first UE and a second UE in a packet network, and includes: reserving, during setup of an initial session between the first UE and the second UE, an interworking control function for logically controlling the interworking on a path of the initial session; and performing, when the interworking control function receives a subsequent session change request, the corresponding session changing operation according to contents of the subsequent session change request. The invention further provides a device for session changing and a packet network system with session changing function.

Abstract: A method and a device for providing a call forwarding service for users are provided. The method for providing a call forwarding service for users includes the following steps. An IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) network entity receives a call towards a user who accesses from a circuit switched (CS) domain; the IMS network entity acquires a current session connection state of the user or the user's desire of answering the call; and the call forwarding service is provided according to the obtained session connection state of the user or the user's desire. Thus, a call forwarding service in an IMS domain for a called user who accesses from a CS domain is realized.

A remote media flow may be established as part of an origination process wherein the controller UE requests that the media flow is established on a remote media UE as part of the origination request. A remote media flow may also be established as part of a termination process wherein the controller UE identified in the termination request identifies a remote media UE on which a remote media is to be established. Embodiments also allow for the session control to be transferred from a first device to a second device, while maintaining one or more media flows on the first device.

Abstract: A method for session adding during interworking between a CSI terminal and an IMS terminal in a packet network is disclosed, which includes the following steps: a calling terminal initiating a session request to a called terminal, and a home domain S-CSCF of the called terminal forwarding the session request to a interworking control function entity in the local domain which controls the interworking; the interworking control function entity correlating and matching the existing sessions after receiving the session request; and performing session adding operation according to a result of the correlating and matching. Abstract: In a cold stocker according to the present invention, a compartment-cooling heat exchanger is connected to a cold-side heat exchanger mounted to a cold section of a Stirling refrigerating engine so as to form a cold-side refrigerant circulation circuit. To a warm section of the Stirling refrigerating engine, a first warm-side heat exchanger and a second warm-side heat exchanger are mounted. A heat-dissipating heat exchanger is connected to the first warm-side heat exchanger so as to form a first warm-side refrigerant circulation circuit. To the second warm-side heat exchanger are connected a heat exchange portion for promoting evaporation in drainage and a heat exchange portion for preventing dew condensation on a cold stocker wall so as to form a second warm-side refrigerant circulation circuit.
