Identifying relationships between health care providers and unnecessary or preventable inpatient admissions allows generation of reports highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the health care providers. Identifying the relationships also allows the admission analytic engine to identify a health care provider accountable for an unnecessary or preventable inpatient admission.
