    Abstract: A folding carton having a bucket-like shape. The bottom of the carton body includes a locking flap which is operable to hold the bottom flat. Around the top of the carton is a plurality of holes. A separate lid includes tabs which are engageable in the holes. The lid further includes an integral handle by which the carton may be carried.
