    Abstract: An apparatus mounted to a bottom wall of a trailer member mounting the trailer differential housing thereto to permit rotation of the housing to effect four-wheel steering relative to a tractor truck member mounted to the trailer. A mounting plate pivotally mounts a pivot plate, with a drive motor arranged in operative association to rotate the pivot plate relative to the drive plate, with the motor mounted to the mounting plate.
