  • Patent number: 6131346
Abstract: A clamping fitting to attach glass panes whereby the clamp screw's screw head and screw shank are conceived as individual components, so that the screw head is vertically displaceable in four degrees of freedom with regard to the screw shank's axis and fixable at a screw shank's holding flange in order to achieve tolerance compensation in the glass pane's plane between the wall mounting and the bore hole in the glass pane. Between a support flange sitting close to a carrier structure and a bore hole in the glass pane, a locating flange sitting close to the glass pane is provided for, which locating flange's distance is variable with regard to the support flange. The distance adjustment is realized by penetrating through the bore hole in the glass pane.

  • Patent number: 6108989
Abstract: A movable wall comprises individual suspended door and/or wall elements. The individual elements are automatically locked both to one another and in the floor. For this purpose, in a base profile which is fastened to the underside of the elements, there is structure which effects an automatic locking of the elements to one another and in the floor, when two elements come together.

  • Patent number: 5544462
Abstract: A door closer for a door of a movable wall element can preferably be configured for being disposed in a frame of the wall element for movement along with the wall element. The door closer can preferably be coupled to the door via a coupling pin in the door and a hole located in the drive shaft outlet of the door closer, which hole preferably runs perpendicular to the frame profile. Such an installation can be realized on existing door systems, without requiring complex and expensive caulking work in the floor.

  • Patent number: 5394648
Abstract: A panel, such as a door or wall partition, with a unit for swinging and sliding the panel. Particularly, a fixing and locking unit which is located in a housing, and can be retrofitted on all existing door systems. By means of a fixing screw and a locking screw which can be operated from the floor by means of a tool, the door can either be released or blocked in its sliding or its swinging direction.

  • Patent number: 5295281
Abstract: This invention relates to a support and guide element for movable, suspended door and wall elements. The support and guide element is designed so that a smooth movement can be securely executed, even in the vicinity of junctions and intersections. This is achieved because four support rollers are fastened to a square support roller cage block, but where only two of the four support rollers support the weight of the door or wall element in the running direction of the door or wall element. The other two support rollers are oriented at right angles to the running direction, and, during movement of the door in the running direction, only come into contact with the roller rail at a junction or intersection. Above the running rollers there are guide rollers, which guarantee secure guidance of the wall element.

  • Patent number: 4564973
Abstract: In a door closing device for an upper lock a bar structure is provided for interconnecting a shaft of the door upper lock with a door wing. The bar structure includes a main arm and an adjusting arm pivotally connected to the adjusting arm. The adjusting arm is comprised of telescopically displaceable outer and inner bars which can be locked in position by a locking member. The locked position of the bars relative to each other is secured by a slidable tube surrounding the outer bar and securable to the inner bar.
