The polyester is formed from 25 to 95 mol % of units derived from at least one aromatic dicarboxylic acid and from 5 to 75 mol % of units derived from at least one aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and the polyester includes at least 10 mol % of units derived from linear or branched diols having more than 2 and the layer (C) includes crosslinked acrylate and/or methacrylate-based copolymers.
