Abstract: A hammer crusher has a rotor disk centered on and rotatable about an axis, having a predetermined outside diameter, and formed with five angularly equispaced and radially outwardly open pockets. Respective support bolts in the cavities define on rotation of the disk an orbit of generally the same diameter as the predetermined outside disk diameter. Respective hammers pivoted on the bolts project radially from the cavities on rotation of the disk. A pentagonal-section shaft carries the disk and has facets directed radially outwardly at the respective bolts.

Abstract: In a device for crushing materials, in particular soft stone, a plurality of grates with breaking elements are arranged below a bunker containing the feedstock. At least one of said grates is translationally mobile in the horizontal direction with respect to the other, which facilitates crushing of the feedstock between the vibrating breaker elements and the stationary breaking elements.

Abstract: A mobile crusher installation having a supporting framework which receives at least one crusher and can be lifted and relocated, corresponding to the advance or the removal of material, by a transport mechanism, preferably walking legs or extendable track-laying or wheel carriages, and having at least one loading device associated with at least one crusher, which loading device has a receiving hopper for the loose material brought up by freely movable loading machines such as wheel loading machines or excavators, and a conveyor which feeds the loose material to a transfer hopper of the crusher, possibly with the interpositioning of a screening system. In order to increase the availability of the mobile crusher installation while at the same time retaining the optimum loading capacity of the loading machines, the loading device is mounted on the supporting framework swingable around a vertical axis.

Abstract: The invention concerns an apparatus for charging at least one top-loading crusher (1) with material which is fed batchwise by a plurality of transport vehicles (2) and is introduced into the crusher (1) by a bucket (5) which is loaded in each case by at least one transport vehicle (2) in a receiving position (A) adapted to the plane of movement of the transport vehicle (2) and can be raised into a transfer position (B) in which the bucket (5) is tipped in order to empty it into the crusher (1), the crushed material being withdrawn from the crusher (1) by means of a conveyance device (3).
