  • Publication number: 20230287763
Abstract: A subsea system (1) connected to a subsea well (4) for boosting a process fluid flowing out of the well, comprising: —a preconditioning arrangement (2) connectable to a process fluid line from a well, wherein the preconditioning arrangement comprises at least one sensor for measuring temperature and one sensor for measuring pressure of the process fluid—means for estimating density of the process fluid based on measured temperature and pressure, —a cooler system (20, 21) comprising at least a first cooler for cooling the process fluid wherein the subsea system further comprises: —a pressure boosting device (3) arranged downstream of the preconditioning arrangement (2), the pressure boosting device having an operational window dictating operational parameter in terms of maximum and minimum allowable density of the process fluid entering the pressure boosting device (3).

  • Patent number: 11713664
Abstract: A subsea separator vessels includes single machined blocks integrated into a hull so as to combine all the valves used in the process of separating the multiphase fluid in the interior of the blocks. The separator vessels have by-pass valves in their blocks, if necessary to interrupt the separation process. The blocks function as a structure for the separating vessels, thereby replacing all of the metal structure necessary to support the tubes and valves of a conventional manifold, thus reducing the total area occupied by the separation station in the seabed.

  • Patent number: 10570719
Abstract: An integrated compact station of subsea separation and pumping systems of fluids, which is suitable for use in any subsea system, that is for the separation of fluids and/or solids. The compact integrated station includes a first separation module and a second pumping module of reinjection water, and a harp as a gas-liquid gravitational separator. Additionally, the compact integrated station includes a robotic arm installed on a cover involving said first separation module and a liquid-liquid gravitational tubular separator module. The integrated compact station may be applied to any subsea system of separation of fluids connected to the well of oil and gas production, or alternatively, installed directly connected to the production manifold.
