  • Patent number: 11865555
Abstract: The spray nozzle includes a body, which has a fluid inlet region and a fluid outlet orifice, and which houses: a core, internally defining a passage, of increasing cross-section, in communication with the outside substantially at the point of its smallest cross-section, resulting in a Venturi effect, an insert, provided with an outlet slot defining the opening angle of the nozzle, the core and the insert being at a distance from one another and forming therebetween a working chamber. The nozzle further includes a splitter, housed in the working chamber, arranged to form an obstacle to the flow of the fluid, the splitter having two axial orifices, each forming a fluid passage, on either side of a radial plane, such that the two streams passing through the orifices of the splitter combine and then impinge the surface of the outlet slot of the insert, ultimately generating a flat jet.

  • Publication number: 20230278049
Abstract: A conical-jet spray nozzle (1) comprises a body (2), of generally axisymmetric shape, with an inlet zone (11) for liquid and an outlet (12), and a core (3), at least partially housed in the body (2). The core (3) is arranged so as to mix the liquid passing through it with air, upstream from the outlet (12). The nozzle (1) further comprising an additional part (5), disposed downstream from the inlet face (11) and upstream from the core (3). This additional part (5) is arranged so as to gyrate a liquid jet about the axis (XX?) of the body (2).

  • Patent number: 7243861
Abstract: A spray nozzle (11) includes a body (12) defining an axial cavity and having, housed in the cavity, from upstream to downstream in the liquid direction of flow X-X?, a calibrating nozzle tip (33), a piece called divergent (19) and a piece called convergent (16). More particularly, the calibrating nozzle tip (33) and the convergent (16) are respectively integral with a plug (21) and the nozzle body (12), the plug being hermetically threaded into the cavity of the nozzle body (12) and including at least one gripping zone (22), while the divergent (19) is an independent piece immobilized in the cavity of the nozzle body (12).
