  • Publication number: 20130035643
Abstract: A plastic-made nozzle cap for a plastic syringe includes a leg section, a cavity top wall portion, and a finger knob for the attachment/detachment of the nozzle cap. The leg section is structured for connection with a female Luer lock fitting formed face-to-face with an outer circumferential wall of a syringe nozzle. The cavity top wall portion is provided with a curved surface having a downwardly-convex, radius of curvature ranging from 0.6 to 12.0 mm for being brought into contact with a tip of the syringe nozzle to maintain sealing performance. The finger knob is arranged on an upper side of the leg section, and extends above the female Luer lock fitting in a state that a syringe barrel and the nozzle cap have been connected together.

  • Patent number: 8276581
Abstract: Provided is an easy-to-handle prefilled type nasal drip appliance which can spray medical solution surely into the nostril while holding down the production cost. A syringe barrel has a spray hole and a latching portion of a center stopper on one side, with a conduction portion of medical solution being provided at the latching portion, and has a portion protruding inward of the inner circumferential surface formed on the other end side. A plunger has a portion protruding outward of the outer circumferential surface formed substantially in the axial center wherein both protrusions engage with each other. When the plunger is moved in the spray direction of the syringe barrel to get over the plunger side protrusion and disengaged, the medical solution moves the center stopper in the spray direction to form a medical solution inflow groove between the conduction portion formed at the center stopper latching portion and the center stopper.

  • Patent number: 8274675
Abstract: This invention has as its object to allow an authentication process that avoids unnecessary information from being stored in a digital camera irrespective of whether or not a digital camera connected to the printer has a direct print function. To this end, in this invention, in an early stage of connection between a digital camera DSC and PD printer, the PD printer side requests an object which contains a keyword as authentication information of those which are stored and held by the DSC (S29). As a result, after it is determined the returned information contains authentication information, the printer notifies the DSC of its own authentication information (S33).

  • Publication number: 20120199549
Abstract: This invention provides a cartridge cap for preventing air staying in a cylindrical cartridge even if the air is sucked in during a sealing operation of the opening portion of the cylindrical cartridge in which medicinal solution is filled. The air which is sucked in during a sealing operation of the opening portion of the cylindrical cartridge 2 is released to the outside of the cylindrical cartridge 2 through an air relief passage AR which is formed along the inner periphery of the cylindrical wall portion 1B including the gap between the outer periphery of the rip portion 2A of the cylindrical cartridge 2 and the part of the inner periphery of the cylindrical wall portion 1B where no terrace shaped receiving portions 1F, 1F, . . . are formed. It is possible to prevent air from staying in the cylindrical cartridge 2.

  • Publication number: 20120151392
Abstract: A control system comprises a plurality of peripheral devices represented as objects, and a controller connectable to the plurality of peripheral devices via a common communication line for unitarily controlling the plurality of peripheral devices. The controller is arranged to be connected to an arbitrary number of peripheral devices selected from among the plurality of peripheral devices, read control information stored in the arbitrary number of peripheral devices via the communication line into a predetermined memory area of the controller in a predetermined format so that the controller can control the arbitrary number of peripheral devices. The controller is also arranged to issue a command and transmit the command to each of the arbitrary number of peripheral devices via the communication line.

  • Publication number: 20120118894
Abstract: Disclosed is a plastic cap useful for steadfastly maintaining a sealed state created in a container having a mouth with an opening by sealing the opening with a sealing member. The cap has a cap main body and a cover portion integrated with the main body via at least one bridge portion. The main body has a base portion and a top wall. The bridge portion is formed of a synthetic plastic filled in at least one fusion-bonding hole having a diameter of from 0.3 to 3 mm and arranged extending through at least one, preferably one of the main body or cover portion such that the main body and cover portion are integrally fusion-bonded by the bridge portion and the cover portion can be separated from the main body by breaking the bridge portion with hands. A production method of the plastic cap is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20120109076
Abstract: Disclosed are a piston for a micro-volume syringe and a plunger. The micro-volume syringe has a syringe barrel with a space defined in it. The piston is slidable on and along a wall of the space. A leading member to be arranged on a side where the piston comes into contact with a solution filled in the space and a trailing member to be arranged on a side where a plunger rod is to be connected, the latter side being opposite to a solution side of the leading member, have been integrated with each other. The trailing member has a higher hardness than the leading member. With the micro-volume syringe in which a drug solution can be filled in a very small quantity, the piston makes it possible to perform smooth drawing and ejection of the drug solution without leakage. Even if the small piston connected to a tip of the plunger rod is operated in a direction that the piston is to be pulled out of the syringe, the plunger rod does not slip off from the piston accidentally.

  • Patent number: 8105294
Abstract: To provide a syringe barrel and a syringe capable of allowing an operator to feel the amount of injected medical solution or the inserting distance of a piston by a difference in sliding resistance when an injection operation is performed. A syringe 1 includes a syringe barrel 11 which has an inner surface provided with a structure in which a sliding resistance F is changed step by step upon sliding a piston 32. The syringe barrel 11 includes steps which are formed at one or two or more positions of the inner surface in the axial direction so as to face from the rear end to the front end or from the front end to the rear end, and which include edges formed along the circumferential direction.
