  • Publication number: 20130088737
Abstract: A preview image of image data to be output is generated, in response to a request from an operation device, and can be displayed via the operation device. A first preview image of the image data is generated based on an output setting for outputting the image data. The first preview image is stored in a storage device. The output setting can be changed based on a changing request from the operation device. It is determined, in response to a second preview request from the operation device, after sending the first preview image, whether the first preview image is to be regenerated, based on the changed output setting. The first preview image stored in the storage device can be sent when the first preview image is not to be regenerated, for example, when a second preview image is not to be generated.

  • Publication number: 20120312896
Abstract: A fluid dispensing device is disclosed that is capable of producing two distinct spray patterns. The device may include a rotatable hub having a first barrel for producing a first spray pattern and a second barrel for producing a second spray pattern. The barrels may be oriented in different directions with a predetermined angle between directions, such as approximately 180 degrees. A shell may be coupled to and rotatable with the hub. The shell may include a first portion having a first structural feature corresponding to a characteristic of the first spray pattern and a second portion may having a second structural feature corresponding to a characteristic of the second spray pattern. The structural features inform the user of a characteristic of the spray pattern that will be discharged by the device by the associated barrels, thereby permitting the user to intuitively select the desired spray pattern.

  • Publication number: 20120312895
Abstract: A fluid dispensing device is provided that is capable of discharging fluid in multiple different directions simultaneously. The device may include a deflector which redirects an initial stream of fluid from the container into multiple sub-streams that are oriented in different directions. The device may create a spray pattern that substantially covers an entire 360 degree area surrounding the device, which may be advantageous for certain applications such as toilet bowl cleaner dispensers. A control valve or flow restrictor may be provided for preventing unintended discharge of fluid when the container is inverted.

  • Publication number: 20120097575
Abstract: A corn holder storage unit for retaining one or more corn holders in a safe, sanitary, and convenient manner is disclosed. One or more members defining a cavity and having at least one opening is adapted to accept and retain one or more corn holders, and preferably each member is adapted to retain a pair of corn holders along the member axis. Where the corn holder storage unit is configured to retain a pair of corn holders, the distance between opposing ends of the member should be at least two times the length of the corn holder operative end. Preferably a peripheral structure encloses the one or more members, and cooperation between the member and the peripheral structure prevents the holder from passing through the cavity and from being dislodged from the corn holder storage unit by providing an abutment rim and a variety of retaining fits.
