  • Publication number: 20220346294
Abstract: A storage includes a first opening section, a second opening section, and a moving section. An article used in a board working machine configured to perform predetermined board work on a board is received or delivered through the first opening section. The second opening section is an opening section different from the first opening section, and when reception work or delivery work of the article is performed through the first opening section, an article different from the article can be received or delivered through the second opening section. The moving section moves the article to a predetermined storage section when the article is received through the first opening section or the second opening section and moves the article stored in the storage section to the first opening section or the second opening section when the article is delivered.

  • Patent number: 11215680
Abstract: A system for monitoring the charging performance of a capacitor in an electric circuit in a manufacturing machine installed in a production line includes a charging voltage detecting section for detecting the charging voltage of the capacitor. A control device of the production machine measures, as the charging time, a time from starting charging to a time when a specified charging complete determination voltage that can be used to determine when the charging voltage of the capacitor has reached full charge is reached based on the charging voltage of the capacitor detected by charging voltage detecting section, determines whether the capacitor has deteriorated by determining whether the measured charging time is equal to or less than a specified deterioration threshold value, and upon determining that the capacitor has deteriorated, issues a warning to an operator via a display or sound.

  • Patent number: 11129320
Abstract: A trace memory that stores trace logs of multiple feeders set on a feeder setting table of a component mounter is provided in the feeder setting table, and while the component mounter is operating, trace logs of each feeder are output from the control sections of the multiple feeders on the feeder setting table to the feeder setting table, and are stored by a communication control section of the feeder setting table in the trace memory linked to identification information of each feeder. By this, it is possible to save trace logs from multiple feeders on the feeder setting table all together in a shared trace memory, such that it is not necessary to load trace memory on each feeder, thereby meeting requirements of compact feeders and lower costs.

  • Patent number: 10743451
Abstract: Electronic component supply device of the present invention includes multiple feeders each having an individual control section configured to operate by use of operation software to control a tape feeding mechanism, a host control section capable of holding update software configured to be replaced with at least part of the operation software, and multiple information transmission sections connected between the host control section and the individual control sections of the multiple feeders so as to transmit information and configured to transmit the update software from the host control section to the individual control sections independently of one another. According to this configuration, the multiple information transmission sections can transmit the update software to the different feeders in parallel in terms of time, whereby the updating time can be shortened significantly compared with a case where update software is transmitted sequentially to multiple feeders.

  • Publication number: 20080283582
Abstract: A secret postcard in accordance with the present invention is comprised of a single sheet, and a released paper. The sheet is foldable about a return line, and has a first area and a second area. A first perforation, and a second perforation are formed at a front surface of the second area. A first adhesive layer is formed at a rear surface of the second area in an area sandwiched between the return line and the first perforation. A second adhesive layer is formed at the rear surface of the second area in an area sandwiched between the second perforation and an edge of the second area extending in parallel with the return line. The second adhesive layer has such an adhesive force that the rear surfaces of the first and second areas cannot be released from each other after they were adhered to each other.
