  • Patent number: 11919366
Abstract: A target thermal sensation setter sets target thermal sensations for a finite number of parts into which the occupant is virtually divided. A cabin temperature controller individually controls a cabin air-conditioning unit and an auxiliary heater so that the thermal sensations of the respective parts of the occupant estimated by an occupant thermal sensation estimator fall within a range of the target thermal sensations.

  • Patent number: 9859864
Abstract: A noise filter includes a filter device and a filter retainer. The filter device includes a device unit having at least one capacitor provided therein, an input side lead wire extending from the device unit, an output side lead wire extending from the device unit, and a ground connection portion provided on the device unit. The filter device forms the noise filter that uses a mutual inductance between the input side lead wire and the output side lead wire. The filter retainer has a holding structure configured to maintain an arrangement of the input side lead wire and the output side lead wire. The arrangement forms an overlapping section in which the lead wires are closely opposed to each other. The noise filter may be attached to a harness.

  • Patent number: 8286766
Abstract: A slider 24 is supported on a holder 19 of a steering wheel 11 via a coil spring 25 so as to be movable in a direction of an axis while an air bag module 20 is supported on a slider 24 via a damper spring 26 so as to be movable in a direction perpendicular to the axis. Since the coil spring 25 does not affect vibration of the air bag module 20 in the direction perpendicular to the axis, it is possible to set a spring constant of the coil spring 25 at a value appropriate for the operation of a horn switch 37, and to set a spring constant of the damper spring 26 at a value appropriate for the operation of the dynamic damper. As a result, it is possible to effectively reduce the vibration of the steering wheel 11 in the direction perpendicular to the axis with the dynamic damper without affecting the operability of the horn switch 37.

  • Patent number: 6590347
Abstract: The cost of a light-emitting element matrix array is reduced by implementing a function equivalent to a light-emitting thyristor by elements different therefrom. A plurality of combinational element are arrayed in one line. The plurality of combinational elements are divided into groups n by n. The bases of transistors included in each group are separately connected to base-selecting lines and the anodes of light-emitting diodes included in each group are commonly connected to one anode terminal every group.

  • Publication number: 20030071267
Abstract: The light-emitting thyristor matrix array may be provided in which wiring are crossed without being electrically connected to each other. An array of three-terminal light-emitting thyristors in which a substrate is used as a common cathode or anode is divided into blocks n by n (n is an integer≧2), gates of n light-emitting thyristors included in each block are separately connected to n gate-selecting lines, and anodes or cathodes of n light-emitting thyristors included in each block are commonly connected to one terminal, respectively.

  • Patent number: 6535234
Abstract: A method for setting the amount of light in an array of light-emitting thyristors, each thyristor having I-L characteristic in which a luminous efficiency is decreased in a lower current field, is provided. According to the method, the amount of light emitted from a light-emitting thyristor is set so that a predetermined exposure energy may be obtained without decreasing a luminous efficiency of a light-emitting thyristor. The density D of a current to be supplied to the light-emitting thyristor to obtain a predetermined exposure energy is selected so as to satisfy the range of 3×Dth<D<100 MA/m2, wherein Dth is a threshold current density for light emission which is defined as a current density corresponding to the value of a current at a point where a tangent drawn at the value of a current corresponding to a current density of 50 MA/m2 with respect to the curve of the I-L characteristic intersects a current axis.
