  • Patent number: 8993142
Abstract: In a battery pack for an electric car, a plurality of battery modules are mounted to be divided between the front and rear of a middle cross member and a main switch and a junction board are disposed in the front and rear of the middle cross member respectively. A bent part of a second high voltage cable, which bends into a U-shape and pass through beneath the middle cross member, is held by a cable holder and fixed to a fixing part. Since only a bus bar disposed in the intermediate part of the first high voltage cable is bent into a U-shape and passed through beneath the middle cross member, not only is a wiring operation of the first high voltage cable easy, but it is also possible to minimize the length of the bus bar to thus enhance the reliability with respect to vibration.

  • Publication number: 20130309703
Abstract: A method of analyzing a sugar chain by high performance liquid chromatography uses a column packed with a stationary phase including anion and cation exchangers. A fluorescence-labeled sample is prepared for the analysis by decomposing glycosaminoglycans to be analyzed into their constitutional units being disaccharides, capturing the disaccharides by glycoblotting, releasing the disaccharides by acid treatment, and subsequently reductively aminating the released disaccharides. In this method, two or more types of glycosaminoglycans can be simultaneously analyzed.

  • Patent number: 8088644
Abstract: A ferroelectric layer (104) is sandwiched between a lower electrode layer (103) and an upper electrode (105). When a predetermined voltage (DC or pulse) is applied between the lower electrode layer (103) and the upper electrode (105) to change the resistance value of the ferroelectric layer (104) to switch a stable high resistance mode and low resistance mode, a memory operation is obtained. A read can easily be done by reading a current value when a predetermined voltage is applied to the upper electrode (105).
