  • Patent number: 8906451
Abstract: A method for producing coated water-soluble particles in a manner to form two or more coating layers on surfaces of the water-soluble particles, characterized by including: a step A wherein after supplying a first coating material that contains a polyol component and an isocyanate component, a second coating material is additionally supplied to surfaces of first coating bodies that have coating layers formed of the first coating material that has not been sufficiently cured, so that second coating bodies that are provided with coating layers of the second coating material are obtained.

  • Publication number: 20130039965
Abstract: A coated granular material of the present invention includes: a water-soluble granular substance; a coating layer applied to at least a surface of the water-soluble granular substance and containing a thermosetting resin A formed from a resin liquid having a molar ratio A of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of 0.5 to 0.99; and a protection layer applied to the coating layer and containing a thermosetting resin B formed from a resin liquid having a molar ratio B of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of 0.75 to 2.0, wherein the molar ratio B of the protection layer is greater than the molar ratio A of the coating layer. The present coated granular material is capable of achieving both of a short-term release pattern and an initial release limiting function and maintaining good quality.

  • Patent number: 4985519
Abstract: The invention provides a novel copolymer comprising 25-75 mol % of a fluoroolefin such as CTFE, 10-80 mol % of a combination of a fatty acid vinyl ester having not more than 4 carbon atoms in the acid part and at least one other carboxylic acid vinyl ester which has a larger number of carbon atoms and is selected from aliphatic and aromatic carboxylic acid vinyl esters, 3-40 mol % of a hydroxyl-containing allyl ether such as ethylene glycol monoallyl ether and 0-20 mol % of a carboxyl-containing monomer such as vinylacetic acid. The copolymer has a number average molecular weight of 3000 to 10000. This copolymer possesses favorable properties characteristic of fluororesins, is soluble in organic solvents including aromatic solvents low in polarity, such as xylene, and is curable at relatively low temperatures. A solution of this copolymer is useful as a liquid vehicle of a paint.
