  • Publication number: 20030110115
Abstract: A change management system and method or the like are provided which are capable of permitting purchasers to easily perform the management of changes by effectively utilizing the change for investments, thereby improving the benefits of the purchasers as well as activating purchase dealings. In the change management method for managing changes through investments by using a computer and a network, data on the changes and persons who should receive the changes is registered as change data. When an investment server 14 receives information on investments to be made from an ATM terminal 2 or the like, access is made to investment-related management enterprise side systems 8-12 based on this information, so that prescribed investment processing is carried out by the investment-related management enterprise side systems 8-12 while using electronic data.

  • Publication number: 20020156734
Abstract: A cash dispensing system including a cash dispenser for dispensing cash to clients of the financial institution on their respective requests after the cash dispenser is loaded with cash, which currently belongs to the manager, as prospective permit-to-pay cash; and an account managing section for managing client's accounts and a manager's account of the financial institution; the account managing section being operable to record a credit, of the same amount as an amount of cash to be dispensed to the last-named individual client by the cash dispenser, to the manager's account of the financial institution. The cash dispensing system allows the manager of a retail store to deal with a problem arose during dispensing the prospective permit-to-pay cash without requesting the financial institution or a handling agent. It is possible to prevent a large amount of cash from being left in the retail store thereby enhancing the security.

  • Patent number: 5610382
Abstract: The present invention discloses an automatic cash transaction apparatus having a main body and an additional unit. On the basis of instruction information from the user, an apparatus main body executes processes regarding a cash transaction while communicating with a high-order apparatus. An input/output apparatus having a telephone is provided as an additional unit for the apparatus main body. The input/output apparatus synthesizes audio data on the basis of an instruction from the apparatus main body and outputs an audio message signal to a telephone. The user operates dial buttons of the telephone in accordance with the audio message. Since the telephone has the same dial button arrangement as that of the telephone which is daily used, even a visually handicapped person can easily execute a necessary inputting operation.
