  • Publication number: 20240052920
Abstract: A strain wave gearing includes an internally toothed gear integrated with an inner ring. A bolt hole is formed in the internally toothed gear. The bolt hole includes a bolt passage hole part, and a screw hole part extending in the direction of an axial line, continuously from the bolt passage hole part. The screw hole part, to which a bolt-fastening force is applied, is formed at a location away in the direction of the axial line from a location adjacent to a radially outer side of an internally toothed gear. Deformation, occurring during fastening of a bolt, at a portion in which the internally toothed gear is formed can be reduced, and adverse effects caused by the deformation such as a decrease in the accuracy of engagement or meshing of the internally toothed gear and an externally toothed gear can be inhibited.

  • Publication number: 20220356516
Abstract: The present invention provides an improved quantitative PCR method (qPCR method) for measuring a quantity of a target gene included in a human cell, the method enabling a more accurate analysis of cell kinetics in cell therapy, for example. The qPCR method of the present invention includes a step of adding, to a biological sample including the human cell, a predetermined quantity of exogenous DNA that does not cross over with the target gene as an external standard for correcting a measured quantity of the target gene.

  • Publication number: 20210356379
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for measuring the cell concentration in a sample, comprising the following steps: (1) measuring the concentrations of cells in standard samples each having a known concentration using a flow cytometer; (2) preparing a calibration curve based on the values measured in step (1) and the known concentrations; (3) measuring the concentration of cells in a sample having an unknown concentration using a flow cytometer; and (4) determining the concentration of cells from the value measured in step (3) based on the calibration curve prepared in step (2).

  • Publication number: 20210262044
Abstract: To provide a qPCR probe and the like as a novel means for enabling the detection of human cells transplanted or administered to non-human animals. A quantitative PCR probe comprising: a sequence hybridizable with an oligonucleotide consisting of a sequence of 10 to 35 contiguous bases from within a predetermined nucleotide sequence derived from the human LINE-1 gene, and a labeling part. The quantitative PCR probe can be used, for example, in the production of a quantitative PCR kit further comprising a forward primer derived from human LINE-1 and a reverse primer derived from human LINE-1 (the individual sequences are in a predetermined positional relationship).

  • Patent number: 9163934
Abstract: A gap measurement device 1 comprises a light source 5 for projecting light on a gap 3 to be measured, a lens optical system 6 for focusing on an imaging surface 7 a gap image 3A from light transmitted through the gap 3, and a light-receiving element 9 for receiving light of the gap image 3A formed on the imaging surface 7 of the lens optical system 6. A holed mask 8 provided with a light-transmitting hole 8a having a prescribed aperture size is arranged on the imaging surface 7, and the light-receiving element 9 receives the light of the gap image 3A via the hole 8a. A gap size at a point to be measured in an extended gap 3 can be measured by forming an image of the gap with the lens optical system 6 and placing the hole 8a of the holed mask 8 on the point to be measured on the imaging surface 7 of the lens optical system 6.

  • Publication number: 20040219679
Abstract: With the object of properly classifying a flat-shaped red blood cell in the blood of a human being to thereby determine the constitution of the human being, an outer diameter of a ring-shaped figure corresponding to a diameter d of the red blood cell, and a width of the ring-shaped figure corresponding to a thickness t of a cell membrane of the red blood cell are extracted as the features of the red blood cell, on the basis of red-blood-cell image data produced for allowing a portion of a cross section of the red blood cell to be obtained by cutting the red blood cell in a direction of the plane of the red blood cell, to be visualized as the ring-shaped figure, wherein the portion corresponds to the cell membrane, and the red blood cell is classified as one of a predetermined plurality of types of red blood cells including an expansion, a contraction, and a medium type, on the basis of the extracted features.

  • Publication number: 20040080509
Abstract: This invention relates to a technology for determining the constitution of a human being by the use of a computer. For the purpose of a precise determination of the constitution, this invention is constructed such that the constitution is determined as one of a predetermined plurality of types, on the basis of a distribution pattern reflecting how a population consisting of tendencies of the human being to show with respect to respective items has been scattered over a range of ranks (ranging from a yin-rank to a yang-rank through a medium-rank) indicative of strengths of the tendencies. The plurality of types consist of basic or independent types A, B, C, D, and E, and compound types AB, AD, BC, CD, and E+.
