  • Publication number: 20120284305
Abstract: In trend information search device, an expanded query generator generates an expanded query by adding, as search conditions, trend information element to the input search conditions containing the search keyword, wherein the trend information element is a character string of a natural language characteristically appears in documents containing the trend information. A searcher searches external document data using the expanded query. A trend information evaluator evaluates the degree to which the trend information for the statistical quantities satisfying the input conditions are contained in a document searched by the searcher, based on the occurrence status of the trend information element and the input search keyword in the document.

  • Patent number: 8275130
Abstract: A secret key registration system which registers a secret key in a portable key device and vehicle. A first transformation equation is stored in a writer and the vehicle. A second transformation equation is stored in the portable key device and the vehicle. The writer transmits a registration code to the portable key device and generates intermediate data with the first transformation equation of the writer. The intermediate data is transmitted to the portable key device, which generates the secret key from the intermediate data with the second transformation equation. The portable key device transmits the registration code to the vehicle. The vehicle generates intermediate data from the registration code with the first transformation equation of the vehicle, and then generates the secret key from the intermediate data with the second transformation equation.

  • Publication number: 20110161144
Abstract: According to the present invention, phrases of the same kind can be extracted from a plurality of documents having various formats. A storage device stores a plurality of documents that have various formats. A pattern candidate creating unit receives a list of input words that are selected as samples among phrases that are to be included in a dictionary. The pattern candidate creating unit selects one document, determines forward and backward character strings of input words in the selected document as candidates of patterns, and stores the forward and backward character strings as a pattern candidate. The pattern candidate creating unit executes the above processes for each of the documents. A phrase candidate creating unit extracts phrases interposed between patterns included in the pattern candidate as candidates of phrases to be output, and stores the extracted phrases as a phrase candidate.
