  • Patent number: 10247623
Abstract: In an in-tank valve, a detector including a detecting sensor is disposed on an end of a body, and the detecting sensor is accommodated inside a sensor housing. Within the sensor housing, a sensor retaining member is formed in an interior part of an opened sensor accommodating section, and the detecting sensor is disposed therein so as to face toward a first communication hole of the sensor retaining member. Lead wires, which are connected to the detecting sensor, are led out to the exterior in a bending fashion from a wiring port, whereby entry of hydrogen gas to the side of the detecting sensor is prevented by suitably closing the wiring port.

  • Publication number: 20160091097
Abstract: In a pressure reducing valve, a piston is disposed in a piston slide hole of a body so as to be displaceable along an axial direction thereof. An o-ring is disposed through a second annular groove on an outer circumferential surface of the piston. First and second wear rings are disposed respectively in first and third annular grooves, which are distanced from the second annular groove respectively above and below with respect to the second annular groove. A distance along the axial direction between the first annular groove or the first wear ring and the second annular groove or the o-ring, and a distance along the axial direction between the third annular groove or the second wear ring and the second annular groove or the o-ring are set, respectively, to be greater than a stroke distance of the piston along the axial direction.

  • Patent number: 8973892
Abstract: A locking mechanism for a valve device, which includes a valve body for opening and closing a fluid path, for retaining the valve body at a predetermined opening position, the valve device further including a gear wheel to which rotational driving force of a rotational driving source is transmitted and a rack section having rack teeth provided thereon for meshing engagement with the gear wheel and configured to convert rotational movement of the gear wheel into linear movement and move together with the valve body. The locking mechanism for a valve device includes: a ball abuttable with a wall face of the rack section; and a spring member configured to press the ball toward the wall face; the valve body being retained by frictional force generated when the ball is pressed against the wall face of the rack section.

  • Patent number: 8820706
Abstract: The on-off valve includes a body having a fluid path, a spherical valve body opening and closing the fluid path, a guide member opposing the valve body and having a flange portion radially extending outward, a first seat member slidable along an outer peripheral surface of the guide member and seating the valve body, an O-ring disposed between the first seat member and the guide member, a chamber formed of an inner wall portion of the fluid path, the outer peripheral surface, the flange portion, and the first seat member, and a spring member disposed in the chamber and urging the first seat member toward the valve body. In the on-off valve, a gap portion is formed between the inner wall portion and the first seat member and connects the valve body side of the fluid path to the chamber.
