    Abstract: A tank rubber cushion for providing a vibration-damping support of a fuel tank against a vehicle body, including two divided rubber cylinders inserted onto an inner axial member having flanges at both axial ends and to be inserted through a mounting hole formed in a support portion of the fuel tank. Each of the divided rubber cylinders is provided with an axial vibration-damping rubber portion arranged between opposing surfaces of the flange of the inner axial member and the support portion in an axial direction, and a transaxial vibration-damping rubber portion arranged between opposing surfaces of the inner axial member and the support portion in a transaxial direction. The transaxial vibration-damping rubber portion includes a concave/convex portion wherein a diameter varies in a circumferential direction so that an assembly can be made with a gap between the inner axial member and the support portion.

    Abstract: An orifice device is adapted to be disposed within a fluid chambers of a vibration absorption device. The fluid chamber is defined by at least a wall portion made of resilient material. The orifice device includes an orifice casing, a retaining cover and a membrane that is made of resilient material, such as rubber. The membrane is adapted to be clamped between the orifice casing and the retaining cover. A lock mechanism serves to lock the orifice casing and the retaining cover together when the orifice casing and the retaining cover rotate relative to each other about an axis while the orifice casing and the retaining cover are overlapped with each other.

    Abstract: A rear engine mount includes a rectangular upper metal plate member, a metal stopper member, and a lower metal plate member. The metal stopper member includes a pair of side plates, and a bottom plate. The lower metal plate member is disposed a predetermined distance away from the upper metal plate member in a facing condition, with the metal stopper member disposed therebetween, and includes a pair of retaining portions provided at opposite end positions. A second stopper portion includes a pair of vertical plate portions standing on the lower metal plate member, and a horizontal plate member which is attached to the ends of the vertical plate portions and extended over the bottom plate of the metal stopper member. A pair of elastic rubber support members is bonded to the lower surface of the upper metal plate member at opposite end portions.

    Abstract: A fluid-filled vibration-damping device includes an elastic body elastically connecting a first and a second mounting member so as to close one open-end portion of the second mounting member, and a partition member assembled with the second mounting member on one side thereof to form therebetween a pressure-receiving chamber partially defined by the elastic body and assembled with a fixing member on the other side thereof to form an equilibrium chamber partially defined by a flexible layer supported by one pen-end portion of the fixing member. The partition member includes a first and second fixing grooves axially spaced apart from each other with an intermediate portion therebetween, to which the other open-end portions of the second mounting and fixing members are respectively press-fitted, and an air passage for connecting a working air chamber to an external air conduit is open in the intermediate portion.
