  • Publication number: 20070114670
Abstract: This invention relates to a corrosion-resistant aluminum conductive material comprising an aluminum material consisting of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a conductive film formed on the surface of said aluminum material wherein defects in the conductive film are substantially sealed off by a hot water treatment or a steam treatment and to a process for producing a corrosion-resistant aluminum conductive material which comprises forming a conductive film on the surface of an aluminum material and subjecting to a hot water treatment or a steam treatment thereby substantially sealing off defects in the conductive film. This invention makes it possible to substantially seal off the defects unavoidably developed on the surface of the conductive film without harming the excellent properties of the aluminum material and provide excellent corrosion resistance even when the thickness of the conductive film is small.

  • Patent number: 6829743
Abstract: Supplier-specific data of material items are extracted from data of various material items used for the manufacture of a product. Tabular data having a structure that allows various pieces of environment consideration condition information about the extracted data to be input is created by using general-purpose spreadsheet software. The tabular data is laid out to locate an item whose contents are likely to change at an end of a table so as to minimize a change in data structure in the event of a change in contents of environment consideration condition items. The tabular data is provided to the supplier. Environment consideration condition information about each material item is acquired by using the tabular data containing the environment consideration condition information added to the tabular data on the supplier side.

  • Patent number: 6172275
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for pyrolytically decomposing waste plastic which may contain halogen-containing polymer such as PVC. The plastic is heated at 270° to 350° C., whereby a plasticizer contained in the plastic material is decomposed and vaporized, and a chlorine-containing polymer is dechlorinated to produce hydrogen chloride. The vaporized decomposition matter and the hydrogen chloride are removed from the plastic, and the vaporized decomposition matter is separated from the hydrogen chloride. Then isolated plastic is further heated to 450° C. or higher to produce a pyrolysis product. Alternatively, the former heating step is divided into two steps of: heating at a temperature lower than 270° C., whereby a plasticizer is decomposed; and heating to 270° to 350° C., whereby a chlorine-containing polymer contained in the plastic material is dechlorinated. Accordingly, the decomposition matter of plasticizer and hydrogen chloride are separately removed from the plastic.

  • Patent number: 5986367
Abstract: In a motor mounting mechanism, a cylindrical motor includes a frame (6) serving as a stator and an electric power supply terminal (2) attached to a bottom surface of a bracket (1). When the motor is mounted to a motor attachment device, a first external electrode (10) is mechanically and electrically connected to a cylindrical side surface of the frame (6) while a second external electrode (11) is mechanically and electrically connected to the power supply terminal (2). The first and second external electrodes are both located outside the motor, and thus, the process of providing lead wires for connecting the external electrodes to the printed board can be omitted, allowing the total size of the motor mounting mechanism to be reduced.

  • Patent number: 5937267
Abstract: The present invention is to clear the difficulty in determining the progress of the decomposition reaction of PCBs carried out by a conventional device for decomposing PCBs, and to provide a system for treating PCBs to render them harmless, capable of continuously determining the progress of the decomposition reaction of PCBs at real time by using a predetermined amount of a reaction solution taken out while the decomposition reaction of the PCBs is proceeding.

  • Patent number: 5608136
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and an apparatus for pyrolytically decomposing waste plastic, e.g. PVC, to recover light fuel oil. The invention enables to prevent the product from contamination by halogen compounds. The plastic is first thermally decomposed in an atmosphere of a normal or reduced pressure to produce a primary decomposition product in the form of gas and a decomposition residue. The primary decomposition product is cooled at a first cooling temperature to separate the primary decomposition product into a relatively light fraction containing a desired light constituent and a relatively heavy fraction by condensation of the relatively heavy fraction, and the relatively heavy fraction is then thermally decomposed in an atmosphere pressurized at a predetermined pressure to produce a secondary decomposition product containing the desired light constituent in the form of gas.

  • Patent number: 5319271
Abstract: A DC motor pulse signal generating device comprising a DC motor including a rotor frame with a magnet for pulse generation and a substrate for supporting the rotor frame. A magnetic sensor is mounted on the substrate for detecting magnetic flux generated from the magnet and outputting a signal. A positioning groove is formed on the substrate to receive the magnetic sensor on a fixed position. Thereby, the gap between the magnetic sensor and the magnet is fixed so that stable pulses are generated, and the height of the center of the magnetic sensor is lowered to the level of the center of the magnet so that magnetic flux is detected most efficiently by the magnetic sensor.
