  • Patent number: 11964260
Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing a catalyst with which it is possible to obtain a supported metal ammonia synthesis catalyst, in which there are restrictions in terms of producing method and producing facility, and particularly large restrictions for industrial-scale producing, in a more simple manner and so that the obtained catalyst has a high activity. This method for manufacturing an ammonia synthesis catalyst includes: a first step for preparing 12CaO·7Al2O3 having a specific surface area of 5 m2/g or above; a second step for supporting a ruthenium compound on the 12CaO·7Al2O3; and a third step for performing a reduction process on the 12CaO·7Al2O3 supporting the ruthenium compound, obtained in the second step. This invention is characterized in that the reduction process is performed until the average particle diameter of the ruthenium after the reduction process has increased by at least 15% in relation to the average particle diameter of the ruthenium before the reduction process.

  • Patent number: 9900546
Abstract: A monitoring system has a monitor connected to a monitoring camera and a monitoring recorder via a network. The monitor checks whether the monitoring recorder is in a recordable state or in an unrecordable state of monitoring video data, and if the monitor confirms an unrecordable state of the monitoring recorder, the monitor 3 transmits a control signal for instructing the monitoring camera to start video recording. Receiving the control signal instructing to start the video recording, the monitoring camera records the monitoring video data it takes in its own storage medium.

  • Patent number: 9806575
Abstract: The present invention relates to a plurality windings of U phase corresponding to one magnetic pole including first and second windings wound in a short pitch winding manner. The winding starts of the first and second windings are shifted by at least one tooth. The windings are wound so that a winding angle occupied by the windings inter-slot angle from the winding start of the first winding to the winding end of the second winding corresponds to a pole angle. The windings in the V phase are disposed in the same relationship as in the U phase at the position delayed by an electric angle of 120 degrees with respect to the U phase, and those in the W phase are disposed at the position delayed by an additional 120 degrees. The outputs of the windings are then each rectified, subsequently joined together and used by adding currents.

  • Patent number: 8823333
Abstract: Solenoid coils not interlinked by magnet flux of a rotor, increase inductance of a control coil system for controlling generated voltage using little current flow to a switch so no increase in windings of a power coil is needed. A generator with rotor having magnets and stator outside the rotor, have winding coil of the stator connected in series to solenoid coil. A power terminal is between the power and control sides of the solenoid coil and a switch controls flow of current from the power coil to the solenoid coil. By controlling ON/OFF condition of the switch disposed on the DC terminal of a rectifier connected to the solenoid coil in series, the generated voltage is controlled to a voltage set in advance, in response to a detection signal from a sensor detecting the voltage.

  • Patent number: 7256567
Abstract: A high-power permanent-magnet generator in which a stator winding is divided into a first winding part and second winding parts to keep a number of turns less, and capacitors are installed between any different phases to store a current therein to raise a voltage and thereby yielding a high output. The first and second winding parts of independent from one another are both made in a three-phase arrangement of U-phase, V-phase and W-phase. The first and second winding parts are wound in a way staggered one another by one or two slots separating any two adjacent teeth of the successive stator teeth. Further, output lines of three phases are connected across respective capacitors to the remaining other output lines of different phases. The output lines of the first winding part and the second winding part are all installed with respective switches.

  • Publication number: 20060273682
Abstract: A permanent-magnet generator with flux control means, which has a device simple in construction to increase or decrease air gaps for flux path in response to an rpm of a rotor, regulating a magnetic flux flowing in a stator. The permanent-magnet generator is envisaged further curbing the magnetic flux flowing in the stator at high-speed rotation of the rotor, maintaining an output voltage of the generator within prescribed limits at any given time. The stator winding is made up of a three-phase output winding wound on the stator teeth and other three-phase flux regulator winding, the latter winding being reverse in winding direction to the former. The flux regulator winding is connected to the output winding through a flux regulator switch.

  • Patent number: 7059130
Abstract: A heat exchanger is applied well to a turbo-generator system and a fuel-reforming system. The heat exchanger has porous metals disposed in a hotter area and a colder area, one to each area, and a wall separating the two areas from one another. The porous metals are merged integrally with the wall through junction layers to raise the efficiency of the heat exchanger. The porous metals in the hotter and colder areas are merged together with the opposite surfaces of the wall through junction layers buried into the porous metals. The junction layers are made of pasty joining material kneaded with a powdery metal. The junction layers over the porous metals are brought into close contact with the opposite surfaces of the wall and subjected to sintering to get the porous metals merging together with the wall.

The heat exchanger has porous metals disposed in a hotter area and a colder area, one to each area, and a wall separating the two areas from one another. The porous metals are merged integrally with the wall through junction layers to raise largely the efficiency of the heat exchanger. Heat is transferred from the hotter area where a fluid is allowed to flow through there to the colder area where another fluid is allowed to pass through there through the wall isolating the two fluids different in temperature from one another. The porous metals in the hotter and colder areas are merged together with the opposite surfaces of the wall through junction layers buried into the porous metals.
