  • Patent number: 10370784
Abstract: A mesh nonwoven fabric which is seamless and excellent in appearance is provided. A seamless mesh nonwoven fabric is prepared by laminating a first mesh film 20 containing stem fibers 20a stretching parallel to each other in a first direction and branch fibers 20b connecting adjacent stem fibers 20a together, and a second mesh film 30 containing stem fibers 30a stretching parallel to each other in a second direction intersecting the first direction and branch fibers 30b connecting adjacent stem fibers 30a.

  • Patent number: 9895861
Abstract: A unidirectionally stretchable substrate which has good shape retaining characteristics and whose weight can be easily reduced is provided. Unidirectionally 1 stretchable substrate has meshed material 2 that has a plurality of elastomeric linear members 3 arranged orthogonal to each other, the linear members having stretchability and thermoplasticity; and non-woven fabric 4 that is formed of a plurality of filaments 5, the filaments being made of a thermoplastic resin. Filaments 5 of non-woven fabric 4 have been drafted in one direction and are linearly arranged only in that direction. Non-woven fabric 4 is bonded to meshed material 2 such that direction y in which filaments 5 of the non-woven fabric 4 are arranged is parallel with one of directions y in which linear members 3 of meshed material 2 extend.

  • Publication number: 20130228281
Abstract: It is prepared to be an elastic net which is elastic in the cross machine direction and non-elastic in the machine direction. A combined sheet is obtained by joining the net and a filamentous web. The filamentous web comprises of drawn thermoplastic continuous filaments which are oriented in a machine direction. A laminated web is obtained by laying a fibrous web of staple fibers on the combined sheet. A high-pressure liquid flow is applied to the laminated web. The staple fibers are entangled among, and with the net. A method for producing a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet.

  • Publication number: 20030045196
Abstract: A composite nonwoven fabric includes a stretched unidirectionally aligned nonwoven fabric in which filaments composed of a thermoplastic resin are unidirectionally aligned and stretched and a dry nonwoven fabric that is provided on one side of the stretched unidirectionally aligned nonwoven fabric and that includes thermal-bonding fibers as a chief component. The filaments of the stretched unidirectionally aligned nonwoven fabric and the dry nonwoven fabric are intertwined by a needlepunch process, following which the two fabrics are unified by a thermal calendering process to produce the composite nonwoven fabric.

  • Patent number: 5217670
Abstract: Movable barriers as well as auxiliary movable barriers are provided in a trough filled with a liquid forming a monomolecular film thereon. The barriers are driven with a constant positional relationship maintained therebetween to prevent disturbances from occurring in the flow of the monomolecular film. Thus, the monomolecular film is transferred to a substrate with a uniform molecular density. The substrate preferably has a width equal to the length of the movable barriers and the distance between the auxiliary movable barriers.

  • Patent number: 5206525
Abstract: An electric element of the present invention comprises a .pi.-conjugated macromolecular material which is liable to increase its conductivity by its excitation due to dielectric polarization, and a ferroelectric material disposed in the close proximity of said .pi.-conjugated macromolecular material so that polarization of said ferroelectric material in the presence of an electric field causes excitation of said .pi.-conjugated macromolecular material, thereby changing the conductivity of said .pi.-conjugated macromolecular material correspondingly with the strength of said electric field and resultantly controlling said conductivity. The electric element can be used as a d.c. or a.c. relay element, memory element, switching element, or any other active element.
