Publication number: 20180245817Abstract: A heat transfer tube of a heat exchanger is provided with a first and a second annular convex portions of which outer diameters are partially expanded. The first annular convex portion is positioned on an inner face side of a side plate portion of a case of the heat exchanger and is engaged with a circumferential edge portion of a first hole portion provided for the side plate portion, or the first annular convex portion contacts under pressure with an inner circumferential face of the first hole portion. The second annular convex portion is positioned on an outer face side of a header constituting member and is engaged with a circumferential edge portion of a second hole portion. Thus the side plate portion, the heat transfer tube, and a header are relatively fixed by a simple means.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 14, 2018Publication date: August 30, 2018Applicant: NORITZ CORPORATIONInventors: Shoji OKUDA, Hideyuki FUJISAWA

Publication number: 20180058719Abstract: The burner case has a first member having a caulking portion and a second member having a facing portion facing the caulking portion and an extending portion for caulking, the extending portion extending from the facing portion, the caulking portion being held between the facing portion and the extending portion by bending the extending portion. A part of the extending portion in longitudinal direction constitutes a claw portion. Thus, the first member and the second member are not required to be screwed or the number of screws is reduced, thereby improving productivity of the burner case and reducing the production cost of the burner case.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 22, 2017Publication date: March 1, 2018Applicant: NORITZ CORPORATIONInventors: Naoki SE, Michihisa NAKAHARA, Hideyuki FUJISAWA, Kenichi SAKURAI, Taihei TERASAWA

Publication number: 20170370574Abstract: A cover member of a gas supply manifold has a bent rising wall portion that is formed by bending a part of the cover member so as to rise in an opposite direction of a main body. The bent rising wall portion is in a form of a loop surrounding the entire circumference of a gas supply flow path and an area around the gas supply flow path. Such configuration increases the rigidity of the cover member and prevents large distortion of the cover member and leakage of gas from the gas supply flow path. As a result, the thickness of the cover member is reduced and the weight and the production cost of the gas supply manifold are also reduced.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 15, 2017Publication date: December 28, 2017Applicant: NORITZ CORPORATIONInventors: Yuta TSUJI, Naoki SE, Hideyuki FUJISAWA, Katsuya IMAOKA, Keizo KAWANO, Tatsuya KARAKI, Ryosuke UMAKOSHI

Publication number: 20170184324Abstract: A gas supply manifold has a nozzle forming member having a plurality of gas injection nozzles, a cover member configured to be overlapped on the nozzle forming member, and a caulking-fastening portion configured to fasten the nozzle forming member and the cover member. The caulking-fastening portion is configured such that a convex portion provided for one of the nozzle forming member and the cover member penetrates a hole provided for the other member, and a tip end portion of the convex portion has an engagement portion, the engagement portion having a larger diameter or a larger width than the hole and being engaged with a peripheral edge portion of the hole. A tip end face of the convex portion has a dent portion formed by pressing the tip end face into a base portion side of the convex portion and an area around the dent portion constitutes the engagement portion. Thus, the nozzle forming member and the cover member are appropriately caulked and fastened.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2016Publication date: June 29, 2017Applicant: NORITZ CORPORATIONInventors: Naoki SE, Michihisa NAKAHARA, Hideyuki FUJISAWA, Kenichi SAKURAI, Yuta TSUJI, Keizo KAWANO, Taihei TERASAWA, Masahiro KAWAMOTO, Masaharu IMAIZUMI

Patent number: 8840454Abstract: A shutter device reduces resistance in an air passage while maintaining air-tightness, thus reducing a load to a fan and a motor. A shutter mount is provided between an intake port adapted to be connected with a side from which air enters and a discharging port adapted to be connected with a side from which air is discharged. A shutter frame is inserted into an inside of the shutter mount. A shutter for preventing outside air from entering from the discharging port is mounted to the shutter frame. The shutter mount has a rib thereof for sealing a gap produced between the shutter and the shutter mount when the shutter is closed. The rib has an inner diameter substantially equal to a diameter of the discharging port as seen from the discharging port.Type: GrantFiled: February 24, 2009Date of Patent: September 23, 2014Assignee: Panasonic CorporationInventors: Yoshio Ikari, Takashi Tonokakiuchi, Makoto Ishikawa, Hideyuki Fujisawa, Nobuyuki Yasui, Kunio Kiyomoto
