Abstract: A memory device is configured to provide highly available memory and/or storage services. The memory device may comprise memory logic configured to store data redundantly on two or more different storage locations within a memory structure (e.g., a memory chip, package, die, and/or the like). The memory logic may be configured to store data redundantly within different regions of the memory, such that each data block is stored in both a first plane and a second plane of a memory die. The memory logic may be configured to read data from one or more of the redundant storage locations to protect data from loss and/or corruption.
