Abstract: A plastic material wave bag assembly having a sheet-like first side panel and a sheet-like second side panel oriented in opposed congruent relationship to one another when in a folded condition. The wave bag assembly includes a single use closure adhesive strip disposed and oriented primarily laterally across an interior wall of the upper panel section of the first side panel at a location below the handle apertures. The closure adhesive strip is configured to selectively close and maintain the upper panel sections in a closed condition while the remaining portions of the first and second side panels are maintained in the receiving condition.

Abstract: A tamper evident plastic bag having a sheet folded to form opposing first and second panels and a bottom gusset. The bag includes a first seam and a second seam that cooperate with the panels and the gusset to form a content receiving region between the panels. A third seam secures the first panel to the second panel at a location between the first seam and the second seam forming two compartments of the content receiving region. An adhesive strip is disposed on an internal surface of the first panel, and the strip being positioned opposite an opposing portion of an internal surface of the second panel. When a protective strip is removed, and the adhesive strip is brought into contact with the opposing internal surface of the second panel, a seal is formed that closes the plastic bag, forming a vent between the first seam and the seal.

Abstract: A child resistant, zippered plastic bag assembly having a first side panel and a second side panel each having respective upper portions forming a mouth. The bag assembly includes a zippered closure coupled to the respective upper portions of the first and second side panels for interlocking the mouth between an opened condition and a closed condition. A slider having a base operably mounted to, and cooperating, with the zipper closure for movement between a first position, orienting the mouth in the closed condition, and a second position, orienting the mouth in the opened condition. The slider includes a first wing extending outwardly from the base, adjacent the upper portion of the first side panel, and a second wing also extending outwardly from the base, adjacent the upper portion of the second side panel. A lock is operable between the first wing and second wing, and configured to cooperate with the first side panel and the second side panel in a locked state to lock the slider in the first position.

One side wall is a support wall oriented generally opposite a receiving opening into the receiving cavity thereof. The carrier assembly further includes a retaining strap having a first mount mounted to the second wall at a location thereof proximate to the receiving opening. The retaining strap includes a retaining handle associated with the support wall for retainment thereof in a first gripping position, centrally above the first wall, for carrying of the carrier base in a horizontal orientation. A retaining portion extends vertically across the opening, when the retaining handle is in the first gripping position and the carrier base is in the horizontal orientation, such that a retail container is substantially prevented from falling out through the opening.

A dispensing slot extends through the end cover that enables one end of plastic bag material to continuously feed therethrough. The cover assembly further includes a cutting assembly positioned proximate the dispensing slot to enable severing of the plastic bag material.

Abstract: A self-contained dispenser apparatus configured to dispense a continuous feed of plastic bag material wound in a coreless roll thereof. The dispenser apparatus includes a base portion defining an opening into a receiving bay thereof. The receiving bay is formed and dimensioned for receipt of the coreless roll therein. A cover assembly is removably mountable to the base portion, and includes an end cover portion positioned over the opening to enclose the coreless roll therein. A dispensing slot extends through the end cover that enables one end of plastic bag material to continuously feed therethrough. The cover assembly further includes a cutting assembly positioned proximate the dispensing slot to enable severing of the plastic bag material, and a lid portion movable between an open position and a closed position. In the opened position, access is provided to the one end of the plastic bag material and to the cutting assembly.
