  • Publication number: 20220076029
Abstract: Provided are an image capturing device for capturing an image in a target area, transmission parts through which an outside can be visually observed from inside of the target area and polarizing filters on an light path from the transmission parts to the image capturing device. The front- and depth-side polarizing filters relative to the image capturing device are arranged so as to have polarizing directions crossing each other. A foreign matter in the target area is detected on the basis of the image acquired by the image capturing device.

  • Publication number: 20120067232
Abstract: On a guide rail (2) provided on a mount (1), there are travelably provided a plate table (3) and a substrate table (4). On the tables (3, 4), there are respectively installed alignment stages (6, 8), on which a plate (7) and a substrate (9) are respectively held. At required locations on the mount (1), there are provided separate alignment areas (15, 16) respectively for the plate (7) and the substrate (9). In the alignment areas (15, 16), the position of the plate (7) held on the plate table (3) and the position of the substrate (9) held on the substrate table (4) are subjected to an initial alignment, to thereby correct the positions so that the plate (7) and the substrate (9) squarely face the center of axle of a blanket roller (11) in the same relative arrangement with respect. As a result, reproducibility of the printing pattern that is printed from the plate (7) onto the substrate (9) via the blanket roller (11) is improved.

  • Publication number: 20120044511
Abstract: The present invention relates to a transfer apparatus for offset printing, in which a gate-shaped frame (21) is provided so as to cross over guide rails (13) provided on a mount (12). Left and right bearing housings (28a, 28b) for rotatably holding rotary shafts (30) of a blanket roller (19) in a roller support frame (27) are attached to columns (23a, 23b, 23c, 23d) of the frame (21) via vertical linear movement guides. Furthermore, each nut member (36) of each ball screw mechanism (33) is attached to each of the bearing housings (28a, 28b) to form a transfer apparatus for offset printing (18). When a blanket roller (19) is pressed from above against a plate (14) on a plate table (15) traveling along the guide rails (13) or a print target (16) on a print target table (17) traveling along the guide rails (13) with a predetermined contact pressure, deformation of a mechanical structure portion other than the blanket roller (19) is suppressed by a reactive force to the contact pressure.

  • Publication number: 20100076601
Abstract: The frog-leg-arm robot is provided with a torque motor connected to a wrist rotation shaft to supply torque to a rotation shaft to which the torque motor itself is connected and a control unit in which, when each of arms constituting the frog-leg-arm robot is able to shift from the present posture to any plurality of postures including a targeted posture by a driving device, the torque motor is electrically controlled so that the torque is supplied to the wrist rotation shaft in a direction in which each of the arms is able to shift to the targeted posture.

  • Patent number: 6864850
Abstract: When a converter 14 is rotated via a rotation mechanism 17, the arrangement inclination angle of two primary radiators 15a and 15b can be adjusted in the range of 0 to 20 deg. with respect to an axis which is in parallel with the ground. Also the reception polarization angle due to probes of the primary radiators 15a and 15b can be adjusted in the range of 0 to 20 deg. while maintaining a preset difference in polarization angle among the satellites. Therefore, the arrangement inclination angle of the primary radiators 15a and 15b for respectively receiving signals from the two satellites, and the reception polarization angle in the primary radiators 15a and 15b can be simultaneously easily adjusted by rotating the converter 14 via the rotation mechanism 17.

  • Patent number: 5673217
Abstract: In an idea processor, a plurality of sentences are managed in a hierarchical structure having a plurality of levels. Eight or less sentences are developed from a key sentence, and these nine or less sentences are displayed in a nested structure on a screen such that the key sentence is displayed at the center cell of nine cells arranged in a 3.times.3 matrix, while the developed sentences are displayed in cells that surround the center cell. Since the number of sentences that are developed from the key sentence is limited to eight, the idea processor is easier for a beginner to use, as compared to a conventional idea processor in which the number of sentences that are developed from a key sentence is not limited. Moreover, the nested displayed 3.times.3 cell structure makes it easier to grasp the entire structure of the sentences on a screen.
