    Abstract: Provided is a semiconductor device that has a low interface resistance between a contact plug and a bottom electrode of a real ferroelectric capacitor. A real capacitor oxidation suppression structure ST including a dummy ferroelectric capacitor 312 and a second plug 311 is formed. The dummy ferroelectric capacitor 312 includes a second bottom electrode 51, a second ferroelectric film 52, and a second top electrode 53, and is not used as a nonvolatile memory element. The second bottom electrode 51 is formed on an interlayer insulating film 50. The second ferroelectric film 52 is formed on the second bottom electrode 51. The second top electrode 53 is formed on the second ferroelectric film 52. The second plug 311 penetrates the interlayer insulating film 50 and electrically connects the second bottom electrode 51 to a semiconductor substrate 40.

    Abstract: A conductive film of the present invention includes an elastomer and a flake-like carbon material. An amount of the flake-like carbon material in the conductive film is 20 parts by mass or more and 60 parts by mass or less when a total solid content excluding a conductive agent is 100 parts by mass. A gloss level of a surface of the conductive film measured at an incidence angle of 20° is more than 0.4% and less than 10%. A method for producing a conductive film of the present invention includes the steps of preparing a liquid composition including an elastomer, a conductive agent including at least one of graphite powder and expanded graphite powder, and a solvent; subjecting the liquid composition to a grinding treatment using a wet jet mill; and applying the liquid composition after the grinding treatment to a base material, and curing the coating film.

A predicted vector for a target block to be decoded is computed using the motion vector of the aforementioned combined area, and a motion vector for the aforementioned target block is computed based on the aforementioned predicted vector and a difference vector which is included in a coded stream that is input. A predicted image is generated using the aforementioned motion vector, and a difference image which is included in the aforementioned coded stream and the aforementioned predicted image are added to generate a decoded image.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing an electroconductive film includes a liquid composition preparation step for preparing a liquid composition including an electroconductive agent, an elastomer, and a solvent, the electroconductive agent having thinned graphite in which layers of graphite are thinned and which has a bulk density of 0.05 g/cm3 or lower; a delamination treatment step for performing interlayer delamination of the thinned graphite by pressurizing the liquid composition and passing same through a nozzle; and a hardening step for coating a substrate with the delamination-treated liquid composition and hardening a coated film. According to the method, thinning of the graphite processes sufficiently and the thinning process can be performed in shorter time than conventionally possible, and makes it also possible to manufacture an electroconductive film that has high electroconductivity and has electrical resistance unlikely to increase even after repeated extension.
