    Abstract: An information processing apparatus of a vehicle obtains a sensing result from a sensor that senses the path of travel, and receives a result of sensing the path of travel of the vehicle from an external device such as another vehicle. It is determined whether the state of the vehicle at a specific point in time is a first state in which the sensing result obtained from the sensor meets a predetermined condition. If the state of the vehicle is determined to be the first state, first information for controlling the movement of the vehicle is generated based on the sensing result obtained from the sensor. If the state of the vehicle is determined not to be the first state, the first information is generated based on the sensing result received from the external device. Then, the first information is output.
