  • Publication number: 20230091983
Abstract: This sensor is for measuring an analyte and has a probe to be inserted inside a living body. The probe of the sensor includes a substrate, an electrode formed on the substrate, and a reagent layer that contains an oxidoreductase and that is formed on the electrode. At at least one end of the probe in the width direction, the reagent layer and the electrode are trimmed along the insertion direction of the probe toward the inside of the living body.

  • Publication number: 20230069504
Abstract: This sensor has a probe to be inserted into a living body and measures an analyte. The probe has a substrate, an electrode formed on the substrate, and a reference layer formed on the electrode. The upper surface of the reference layer is covered with a film, and the side surfaces thereof are exposed.

  • Publication number: 20190137438
Abstract: A sensor has a diverter, such as a convex portion or a concave portion, on the side wall of a cavity. A biological sample deposited in a suction opening is drawn into the cavity by capillary action, but if an initial amount of biological sample is too small, either the biological sample is prevented from moving forward by the convex portion or the concave portion, or the time it takes to reach a detecting electrode is increased, which provides a user enough time to supply an additional amount of the biological sample before a false detection occurs.

  • Patent number: 10065769
Abstract: An easy open packaging pouch, including a packaging film, with a bonded peripheral edge section that has been formed by superimposing the packaging film such that two bonding layers are facing one another such that the peripheral edge of the packaging film is bonded. The package is designed to tear open from a notch formed in the peripheral edge, and a content is placed such that a tear starting from the starting point will intersect the content during opening. Opening includes tearing along a tear line that advances diagonally, with respect to the content, from the notch. Once the tear reaches the content, the tear diverges in two directions; one continuing in a substantially unchanged direction, and the other inflecting along the content. Opening will expose an end portion of the content.

  • Patent number: 9903829
Abstract: Electrodes (A, B) are provided in at least one of plate-like members corresponding to an inner side direction of supply path from an opening of supply path. Electrode (C) of a biological sample is provided in the inner side direction from electrodes (A, B) Reagent part is provided so as to cover electrodes (A, B) and electrode (C). Inflow restricting hole of a sample liquid is provided in at least one of plate-like members corresponding to the portions on both sides of supply path closer to the opening side than the electrode.

  • Patent number: 9733205
Abstract: This sensor has a diverter, such as a convex portion (608) and a concave portion (508), on the side wall (408) of a cavity (308). A biological sample deposited in a suction opening (52) is drawn into the cavity (308) by capillary action, but if the amount of biological sample is too small, either the biological sample is prevented from moving forward by the convex portion (608) and the concave portion (508), or the time it takes to reach a detecting electrode (33) is increased, which provides the user enough time to supply additional biological sample before a false detection occurs.
